This hotel was horrible. They had parties and people running up and down the hallways. They are also discriminatory against people in the LGBTQ community Linda the manager is horrible. The customers in a terrible manager.

Far from prettiness or eating places. Liked the staff but not enough. Should have morw baggage carts. Given the lonf hallways, there should be at least 2 elevators. Lots of parking spaces was good. Room was attractive. There should be included in the description that kitchen ware needs to ve picked up at front desk abd free

Extended Stay America Suites 3rd Floor is newly renovated and felt brand new. (They are working on floor #2 which is currently unoccupied.) It was very clean, quiet and the 1 bedroom suite is relatively roomy. Nice to have the additional amenities of a mini kitchen with a full fridge, two burner stove, kitchen sink, and counter space to work with. It desperately needs a warm blanket on the bed. The thin sheet like covering provided might have worked fine in August, but this was December. Come on now! Also the bathroom could use some lotion and maybe, if its not too much to ask, some conditioner? - there was soap and shampoo only. Plenty of decent towels. However, the price was great, (just under $100) and you usually get way worse for this price. I'll stay again if they keep the price down and give me a real blanket!

The hotel is extremely old. The bedding was clean but the bathroom was very dirty and there were fake eyelashes stuck to a towel. There was no cleaning service at all so we ran out of towels and trash was overflowing. No breakfast, no ice machines. Just really old and dated.

Had to wash the tile floor because my feet. The carpet was filthy my feet were durty after walking on it. I made a path to the beds with towels to walk on. The towel I used to was the tile floorwas black. The pull out bed sheets were dirty. Not queen beds all doubles. Staff were so nice and helpful. This hotel needs major upgrade and a good clea . were black.

Stained, sticky carpeting that went up the walls to form baseboards. Mysterious sticky stains on sofa. Bathroom in room 228 has a sticky sliding door that didn’t close all the way so zero privacy. There was a dead roach in the corner by the bath sink. The kitchen seemed organized and clean enough, but we didn’t use it. The bed was NOT a queen, it was barely a full sized mattress. The frame was cheap and wiggled/squeaked constantly, the mattress was thin and incredibly uncomfortable. Thank goodness we were only there for 1 night. We had no choice but to book it because apparently everything was sold out given the proximity to Salem. There is no reason this hotel to charge $350/night for such a poor hotel room. The staff was pretty much invisible. Anytime we needed someone we had to look for them at the front desk. Paul at our check in seemed nice, but we never saw him again. 10/10 would never recommend this hotel.
