Enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay. The studio features a comfortable full-size bed, a full kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and a full bathroom with bathtub. Please note that the water pressure in the building is slow, and the toilet may require multiple flushes for a full flush. While the building may appear worn-down, rest assured that the unit is guest-ready. The discounted rate reflects the age of the building, and we've professionally designed each unit for your comfort. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to keep this in mind during your stay.

Easily accessible, our studio is located across from Boylston T stop and a few blocks from the central hub of Boston’s train lines where the Red, Green, and Orange lines meet. The central location allows you to explore top attractions like the New England Aquarium, Boston's City Hall, Boston Harbor, Charles River, and more! To calculate distances, use Emerson Cutler Majestic Theatre, Boston MA, as a landmark in your map search. Please be aware that weekends may be lively in the Theater District; noise levels may be higher during these times.

This unit is great for business stays. To comply with Boston regulations, we require a simple contract between the host and your company. No additional payments required outside of this platform. Please inquire.

Laundry:
The closest laundromat is Bay Village Cleaners at 250 Tremont St., Boston, MA.

Bathroom:
The bathroom space is on the tighter side, so please be mindful of the limited space when moving around.

Toilet:
The toilet may require holding the flush down for a little longer than usual to ensure proper flushing.

Water Heating:
The water may take a bit longer to warm up than expected, so please allow some extra time for hot water to reach the desired temperature.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Keys can be conveniently picked up at a nearby KeyCafe location before its closing time. For late check-ins, please inform us in advance to coordinate key access.

Emergency Lock-Out:
Kindly keep track of your key, as it is the only one available. Losing it incurs a lost key fee, and replacements take weeks, leading to the cancellation of upcoming bookings. If you accidentally leave the key inside, a $100 fee applies for building or lockout service calls.

Coronavirus Precautions: Daily cleanings of all door knobs and other high touch surfaces in the common areas are being performed by the building.

Reservation Requirements
Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.

1) Completing our guest verification form which includes providing a selfie along with a photo ID through our secure third-party tool.
2) Signing a Rental Agreement
Please send a message if you would like to see either of these prior to booking.

We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.

House Rules and Safety
* Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time.
* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged.
* Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning.
* For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM.

Great little spot in an excellent location!

My friend and I had a great stay at this Vrbo! The location was perfect for a weekend visit to the city- just steps from the Boston Common and the T. The 4th Wall Bar below the unit was great, too! Check in was a little confusing as the key pickup was pretty far away from the actual unit- be sure to plan some extra time during your check in. There was some noise from the street below, but my friend and I didn't mind. The host was super responsive and nice to work with. Really happy I booked this space for our trip!

Completely Misrepresented – Unlivable Conditions and Unresponsive Host I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. The listing is completely misleading, and my experience was deeply frustrating from the moment I arrived. I ended my stay early and requested a refund, but the host never responded to multiple messages. Here’s what I encountered: • The photos on the listing are fake or extremely outdated. The actual unit looks nothing like what was shown online. • The air conditioning unit was so loud it made it nearly impossible to sleep. • The building and apartment literally shake when someone walks by. • The apartment was dirty, with broken items and a stained, disgusting couch. • The entire building is in poor condition and does not feel safe or well maintained. • The key pickup location was inconvenient and far from the unit, and the door was extremely difficult to open. • Overall, the listing and reviews were completely inaccurate. This property was unlivable, and the host’s lack of communication made it worse. I’ve filed a complaint with VRBO and my credit card company. Save yourself the hassle – do not book this place.

The photos of this place are not accurate. It isn't as clean and nice looking as it appears in the pictures. Picking up the keys to the unit a mile away is ridiculous. Even though there are key boxes on exterior door. The stairs are super steep; some people might have issues. A occasion a homeless person would be at the top. The noise isn't only on weekends; it is everyday 24/7 between the bar downstairs, the homeless people, and the traffic. Inside it isn't what I would ever pay for again. The bathroom door doesn't close all the way; there is only 20" between the sink and the wall where the toilet is.....talk about toilet yoga! The location is great if you are okay with having people at the front door when you arrive, smoking, drugs and an occasional hooker. Then to the smoking....so much smoke from the bar downstairs and people standing outside the bar, you feel like you're sleeping in a dive bar. Not sure if that was the reason the smoke detector was covered with tape? The only positive was the A/C worked, and we didn't have to walk a mile to drop off the keys. Lastly, I really don't like when rental businesses are allowed to use VRBO as their platform. Communication was very sterile and clunky as it wasn't a person, it was a company. There e-mails would contain web address for information, and they wouldn't be hyperlinked to you would have to type the address in as the message is a canned message and you can't cut out just the link from the message.
