This property was exactly what we wanted. The location is great to take the subway or walk to the restaurants and coffee shops close by. It was also very clean, and we had plenty of space for a family of four.The reason for the lower rating is this. The morning we were leaving for the airport, our rental car was towed. There is two-hour parking on weekdays, which we knew, and we were leaving early enough to not have to worry about that. It turns out there is street cleaning on Mondays and the side of the street we were on was getting cleaned that day. The problem is there is not a sign on that part of the street, it’s about 200 feet up a hill down the road. There was no way for us to know. The host had a lot about the parking and explained the two-hour parking and how quickly they tow there but nothing about the street cleaning.Needless to say, we had an extremely stressful morning, getting an Uber to get cash and to go to the towing company to grab the car. The whole ordeal cost us about 235 out of pocket. The good news is we made our flight.The host did text us the morning of the tow about the street cleaning but at that point it was too late, the car was towed. The host has been very and I know they felt terrible about the situation.At this point, we are waiting to see if they will reimburse towards the costs of that morning. They are a company, so they had to get approval from a committee. I do hope that they make this right and also that the
