Welcome to a luxury, brand new construction Boston themed home designed for large families, groups, and guests traveling with children. The house features themed bedrooms, Boston inspired artwork throughout, modern finishes, smart lighting, indoor play space, and a private backyard patio with games and BBQ. Throughout the home, exposed metal beams and industrial style ductwork add character and a modern urban feel.

The first floor includes the main common area with a modern black and white kitchen, extra-large island, and seating for five. The island has a cooktop, making it easy to cook while still interacting with family and guests. The kitchen also includes two sinks, with a bar sink on the island and a copper sink on the perimeter, plus a fully stocked setup for cooking, serving, and entertaining. Guests can also enjoy a coffee station with a Philips LatteGo 5500 Series espresso machine and a large condiment station for meals and cooking.
The dining area includes an extendable table with an extra bench for additional seating. The living room has an L shaped couch, a 75 inch TV, local Boston artist paintings, and a coffee table with a built in chessboard. The kitchen, dining, and living areas also feature Philips Hue smart lighting, allowing guests to adjust the color and mood of the space.

Also on the first floor is a full shared bathroom with a stand up shower, plus three bedrooms.

The Fenway Park room includes a queen over queen bunk bed with a Twin XL trundle, closet with hangers, TV, full length mirror, and makeup table. The room is fully themed around Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox.

The Harvard room has a classic Harvard inspired feel, with Harvard books, Harvard mirror, Harvard chair, Harvard lamp, queen over queen bunk beds with a Twin XL trundle, closet with hangers, full length mirror, and makeup table. This closet also includes extra guest items such as a baby bathtub, pack and play, extra dining bench, and vacuum.

The kids playroom includes a Twin XL over Twin XL bunk bed.

The second floor is reached by stairs with child gates at both ends for toddler friendly safety.
This level includes two master bedrooms, another themed bunk room, and spa inspired bathroom features.

The Boston Public Garden master bedroom includes a king size bed, closet, nightstand, and Philips Hue smart lighting behind the bed and near the nightstand. This room also has a spa style jacuzzi tub in the bathroom for relaxing.

The Cape Cod room includes a queen over queen bunk bed with a pull out Twin XL trundle, closet, full length mirror, and Cape Cod inspired decor.

The Acorn Street master bedroom includes a king size bed, nightstand, full length mirror, Philips Hue smart lighting behind the bed and near the nightstand, plus a private spa style stand up shower with body sprays and a large mirror.

The home also includes driveway parking for up to three cars, along with plenty of street parking nearby. For electric vehicles, the driveway includes a Tesla charger and a NEMA 50 outlet for compatible EV charging.

The property was designed to feel stylish, practical, family friendly, and connected to Boston, with themed rooms and artwork that give each space its own personality.

Guests will have access to the entire home, the full backyard, and the private driveway.
The property includes a private, fully fenced backyard on the left side of the house with the patio, BBQ, seating area, and backyard games available for guest use. Guests will also have access to the private driveway on the left side of the house, with parking for up to three cars.
For electric vehicles, the driveway includes a Tesla charger and a NEMA 14-50 outlet for compatible EV charging.

Guests are welcome to message me at any time during their stay. Please reach out if anything is missing I can probably get it done duringyour stay, if you need help with something in the house, or if any issue comes up. I want your stay to be comfortable and smooth.
We respect our guests’ privacy and will not bother you during your stay. We are nearby and available if needed, but otherwise we let guests enjoy the property at their own pace. You may see us or our family occasionally in passing, and we are always happy to say hello, but we stay busy with our own work and give guests their space.

This home was built with comfort, efficiency, and modern design in mind. The property includes a rooftop solar system, dual source central heating and AC, and high efficiency systems throughout the house. The heating system uses electric as the main source, with gas backup when needed.
The home also has a high efficiency tankless water heater with a recirculating hot water system, helping provide faster warm and hot water at the faucets and showers.
Inside the home, you will find real white oak hardwood flooring with a modern matte water based finish, glass shower enclosures, glass stair railings, and a glass interior balcony railing for a clean, open look.
The house was also built with strong insulation and sound control. The ceilings include R 50 insulation, exterior walls include R 30 insulation, and the interior walls, floors, and ceilings include sound reducing, fire rated insulation to help limit noise transfer and improve fire protection throughout the home.
