The home offers two cozy upstairs bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and styled with coastal decor to match the tranquil setting. Crisp linens and ample storage make these rooms a restful retreat after a day by the water.

For additional sleeping space, there’s a twin-size pull-out bed located downstairs, suitable for a child or extra guest.

We have window's AC units in both of our bedrooms only to keep the space cool and comfortable for you during your stay.

• A full bathroom upstairs includes a modern shower and fresh towels.

Note: The deck is currently closed due to storm season for the safety of our guests. It is expected to reopen in early April, or sooner if the weather improves.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked cleaner's closet and the utility room. We will be readily available for any questions or assistance through the app!

Located in the charming town of Scituate, Massachusetts, this property offers a perfect blend of coastal tranquility and easy access to local attractions. Just steps from the ocean, you can enjoy breathtaking views and the peaceful sounds of the sea. Scituate Harbor, with its shops, restaurants, and marina, is only a short drive away, offering a lively, small-town atmosphere. The area is known for its beautiful beaches, including Egypt Beach and Minot Beach, ideal for relaxing or exploring. Whether you’re looking to enjoy the outdoors, visit nearby parks, or simply unwind by the water, this location provides an ideal base for your getaway.

You will need a car to get around but there is plenty of parking available free on the premises.

- Please note that the stairs to the beach will be unavailable during the winter season, starting October 30, 2025.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
