Great stay and totally safe!

As three women and two teen girls traveling we felt so safe in this apartment. We walked to the T stop which was so close and had a great stay. It’s cute, clean, and comfortable beds.

Our stay was great! The apartment was so nicely decorated and clean. The location was close to many good eating establishment that were only a few minute Uber away. Highly recommend!

Modern, clean apartment

This beautiful home is newly renovated with modern finishes throughout and clean. The neighborhood is residential and quiet but close enough to the city for tourist activities. The owner is very communicative and responsive.

Newly renovated and right near the Shawmut T station

This was a great place to spend a week in Boston sightseeing and touring colleges for two small families with teenagers in college search mode. Nicely renovated first floor apartment very convenient to Shawmut T station. Main downside was construction noise and utility work outside all week (this was early July 2024) - just part of a staying in an urban location I guess. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Home Base

We stayed at this property for a first time trip to the Boston area. Our daughter wanted to spend her 21st birthday in the area. After a nightmare travel day, we arrived at the property and immediately took a sigh of relief. It was beautiful and clean. The beds were great! Bathrooms were amazing - water pressure, etc. truly, everything we had hoped for. We were up early the next morning to catch a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard for the day. Great location to be able to head south for that as well as head north to experience the ‘city’ for a Red Sox game, history, etc. We originally chose the location in Dorchester because of the close proximity to the red line. However, we ended up using Uber the enter trip, other than a rental car to Martha’s Vineyard. The onsite parking spot was off street so that was a great bonus too when we had the rental car. Uber could get pricey into downtown during peak hours. We would absolutely stay here again. Jenny was welcoming and very clear about directions and check in/out.

Very nice and clean, newly remodeled unit.

We were very happy with this property. It was immaculately cleaned and it is furnished with much nicer furniture and fixtures than most VRBOs. The hardwood floors were so nice, that we removed our shoes at the door and either walked in socks or used the provided house shoes. This is a great place if you have a car or use an Uber, but at this time, June, 2024, the Red Subway line has a section that is down for maintenance, so the MTA has you get off of the subway and they take you up to a bus for the part of the trip from Broadway to the JFK library, then put you back on the subway. It is terribly slow. We opted for an Uber after doing this once. The subway station is only 2 1/2 blocks from the house, so normally it would be great. It is a long walk to restaurants or stores, so after the 1st night, we ate in town before going back to the apartment. We would definitely stay again, especially when the subway section is repaired.

Girlfriends Boston trip

This VRBO met all of our needs and was enjoyed by all. We had plenty of bedding and there is a laundry downstairs if needed. We did not use the metro, just used UBER, it ran about 36 to get downtown. The only general grumble was the living room furniture being uncomfortable.

Excellent Stay in Dorchester

Beautiful and newly renovated property! The host was kind and very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. The only recommendations I have are to install blackout curtains in the bedrooms and a more comfortable couch in the living room. Otherwise everything was perfect! Great value for a nice place in Boston and just off the highway. We’ll be back staying here for sure.
