We were in town for a work event in Boston, and this was a good place to stay. The information provided by the host and communication throughout the stay was as good as I've ever seen.
This beautiful townhome was the perfect place for our family vacation to Boston. The location made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. It had all the amenities we wanted. Our host was very easy to work with and committed well. We highly recommend staying here
This house was perfect for my families needs for the weekend. Check-in/Check out was easy and the house was just as Jenny described. The parking is a little tight but manageable. Having the option of two off-street parking spots was key. Plenty of towels for use and kitchen nicely stocked. Would stay again.
The property was very clean. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Plenty of room, nicely stocked kitchen, and ample towels. We ubered to the red line daily to ride the subway into town, very easy to navigate and saved us money not having to rent a vehicle. Plenty of Ubers in the area, never had to wait more than a few minutes to be picked up. This is a wonderful option instead of paying the high hotel rates in Boston. The convenient store was less than a block away. We really enjoyed the property and would definitely recommend. Excellent value.
My son is now living in Quincy and we wanted to have a Christmas all together. We rented this property and was very pleased. Very comfortable. Very clean. Exactly what it said it would be. I was able to bring a small Christmas tree and have Christmas morning like we were at home. Jenny was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this property.

This property is incredible! We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay during the week. We can’t wait to visit again in the future when we are in the area.
We had a great time at this VRBO. It was clean, spacious, and we had no problems getting in or getting to downtown Boston. There are plenty of beds for guests and it was a welcoming property. We loved it!
We needed a high quality spot for our company employees to sleep and live while working at our Boston branch for a week. 8 employees. They all reported back a spacious and clean residence and a safe and quiet neighborhood. We locked ourselves out of one of the rooms and the owner called back immediately and solved the problem. This is a great spot and our new go to. Super fair rate and excellent value.
Place was close to everything 20 min drive from airport. The house was in a great location close to all city transportation. We really enjoyed our stay in Quincy and would recommend Jenny’s place to all family and friends.
We booked this property for 1 week in July 2022 as we were in town for a wedding. The unit was great at first, however our experience went downhill quickly. On our second last night, we were awoken at 12AM to a horrible smell in the unit. We discovered the sewer backed up and the basement was filled with sewer water up to the stair treads. We went outside and discovered the street also collapsed in front of the rental. We notified the owners immediately. The city also turned off the water to the unit at this point. We had to pack up our belongings and get a hotel at 1AM.
By 11AM the next day, we hadn’t heard from the hosts on restoration time or whether the water was turned back on. We had all of our belongings with us so we needed to decide to book a second night in our hotel to avoid having to check out and drag our suitcases and packages around town with us all day. At 5:26PM we were notified by the owners that we could return. By this point we had already booked a second night at the hotel and couldn’t cancel this.
The owners will only provide us with a refund for 1 night as they feel we could have returned the second night. With zero communication from the hosts until the evening following the incident - I question how long did they expect us to wait to decide on booking a second night at a hotel or returning there? Where did they think we would store our belongings within that time of checking out at 11am and being allowed back in the unit?
