Really enjoyed my stay. Would Definitely return. Be aware construction going on in front of the house so noise is temporarily worse than normal. If you are a light sleeper I would check with the host to see if the construction is complete.
Clean place. Alot to do in the area. Only complaint was the steel plate outside that made noise whenever a vehicle drove over it. Not the fault of the owner just, bad timing. Overall a great stay. Thank you
There's much to love about this property - it was very clean (no shoes inside!), comfortable beds, roomy sitting areas and kitchen, many cooking/eating and bathroom amenities provided, and gated private parking if needed. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. It's convenient to tourist attractions, yet removed from the congestion. We would stay here again.
Only stayed for one night but the place was nice and close to the city. Loved that there was parking available. Plenty of beds/space for our group. Checking in was super easy and there is a whole book with information provided.
My friends and I stayed her for one night while attending a concert at TD Garden. The place was immaculate, easy to find, conveniently located, and perfect for what we needed. We will definitely stay here again!
Only concern is the spiral staircase leading to two of the three bedrooms...not a good feature for visitors over 70. We managed but travelers with seniors need to make accommodations
The apartment was great, extremely comfortable even for our group of five who were staying there for a graduation we had to attend in Cambridge.communication with Jerzy was fantastic. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, welcoming. Everything is as described on the listing. Would definitely stay there again if I needed, a place for a few nights in the Boston area
Nice, clean place within a 5 minute walk from Sullivan Station and a nice Irish Pub. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to spread out if you are a big group. It is on a busy street so you do get some city noise. Being so close to the T Station was very handy. If we ever get back to Boston, we would definitely consider staying here again.
The property was so clean and well cared for, and we really enjoyed our stay! Jurek was communicative and helpful, and we look forward to visiting again. Also, the beds were magnificently comfy — especially the pillows. Very conveniently located, and the kitchen was well stocked with sheets and trays and whatnot. We really loved the charm of the place, too!
Everything was as expected and represented in the ad.
We were able to see a lot of the city in the few days we were there.
If we go back. I would definitely book this place.
Host was responsive to communications, apartment was clean as could be and nicely decorated/comfortable and welcoming. Apartment was near T station and easy to find on the street. Dunkin' next door and loved the pub right down the street. Easy commute to Cambridge as well as downtown. Would definitely stay again.
We spent about a month on the road visiting sights and going to baseball games. This stay was definately a bright spot on our trip. We used only the main floor, there is a spiral staircase to upper bedrooms, but we didn't need those as it was just the two of us. The space was very clean, well organzied and it was nice to have both a kitchen and laundry. The off street parking was a blessing as well. The location was easy to access transit as well as being picked up by Uber or Lyft. Thank you so much.
Three of us stayed here one night for Fenway show. Apt was easy to find. Very clean and bright. Loved the house plants! Plenty of space and then some. Gated parking just fit my GMC Acadia. Agree with others about traffic noise but it is a city. Very short walk to orange line Sullivan Square T stop. Jurek was responsive to messages and a great host.
Overall, this was a great base camp for our family trip to Boston. Very convenient location to both the subway and bus routes. This is right off of the highway, so there is traffic noise, which we expected being in the city. The house was clean and comfortable and easy to check in/out. Communication wasn't great after checkin-the fire alarm was going off for 15 minutes; we messaged the host multiple times and didn't hear back until we were checking out. With the exception of the fire alarm debacle, the host did ensure that we were able to find the place and reminded us of checkout instructions/times.
This quirky second floor apartment was perfect for me, my husband and one adult son, who were attending events in Somerville and Cambridge over a weekend. It has all the key essentials: comfortable beds, great shower, clean, well-equipped if modest kitchen, and a thoughtful host. The host has carefully labeled the unexpected thresholds and dips between the main bedroom and the one bathroom, and the lighting was excellent. We three enjoyed conversations in the two sitting rooms and eating breakfast and one rainy night take out dinner together at the homey dining table. We considered it a great value in comparison to hotel prices and amenities. That said, less fit oldsters or larger families might have trouble sharing one bathroom, or negotiating the spiral stairs to the two other bedrooms.
The place is very well maintained. The living room, the dining room and the bedrooms are all fine. The biggest pleasant surprises are the sun room and the kitchen. The latter is particularly sizable and fully equipped. If you are looking for a place that you can cook, this place is ideal. We can tell that the owner spends a lot of energy and thoughts in maintaining the apartment. Finally, the apartment is very close to a T stop, which is a great bonus. The only blemish is that the location is not particularly shop friendly. For example, there is not a supermarket nearby, even though there are convenience stores. But all in all, it is great value for money.

Weekend Trip
Very convenient place to stay right next to the train with access to downtown Boston. The place was clean and perfect for what we needed. Only 2 cons. 1) The place fits 6 people, but you get charged an extra $35 a night for anyone more than 3 people. We were charged more than that, but thankfully got refunded. 2) We were told that we would be able to drop off our bags while the place was being cleaned from the previous guests. The morning of I messaged about it and got no response. Then we didn’t get our check in details until 20 minutes before check in.
Overall was a good place to stay, communication was lacking.
My family took a few days to get away and we chose this property because of its proximity to the public transportation. Never have been to Boston before we weren’t sure what to expect. When we pulled up to the address I was caught off guard by how close it was to the main road but once inside the residence my concern went away in an instant. The place was beautiful and very welcoming. The decor was fresh and warm and very inviting. We felt at home instantly. We had a family of six adults and we were all very comfortable. There is only one bathroom but when you work out a system and convince everyone in your group that they don’t need to be in there an hour at a time it worked out perfectly.
There are a few things to know before you go
1. It can get noisy. You are on a busy street. BUT the front has a gate and the front door has a secure gate so safety is never a concern. Our family felt that we got used to the noise of the passing cars. Plus, if you are going to a city the size of Boston and you think that you aren’t going to hear some car and train noise than you shouldn’t go to a city the size of Boston.
2. One of the amenities listed was a washer and dryer. The folder at the place said that it was only allowed for people staying 5 or more days. We only stayed three so we never did laundry. I am sure if we spoke to someone about it this would not have been an issue. We were out late every night so we didn’t get a chance to ask.
We recommend staying here. A+
