Was surprised at the "extra" charge to park the car! I do not know how I missed this additional charge when I booked it. It should have been added to the overall price to begin with as most people have cars to get there!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
To advertise themselves as an airport hotel with a free shuttle bus service was, in our experience, a misrepresentation. The bus took almost two hours and several phone calls to arrive. The text messages went unanswered. The driver was unapologetic. In fact, quite the reverse, seeking to blame us. Check in was little better. We didn’t have a room we were told, despite them having our reservation. After a bit of a wait we were allocated a room which, to be fair, was large and clean. The communal areas are not clean. It took the same time to fly halfway across the Atlantic as it did to be shuttled from the airport and checked in.
