Good Deal - great host

Clean place. Host is great. It’s not fancy and there is not tons of space but it’s no frills, reasonably priced, multiple beds, in an area that can be tough to find a spot to sleep 6 people. Found a great restaurant ‘Steel and Rye’ very close by.

Everything as described, there were 13 of us and we had enough space.Walking distance from Mattapan trolley (included in 7-day public transport in zone 1a).Keyless entry, bathrooms are well-equipped.Jenny quickly answered to messages.Quiet neighborhood, urban zone.

This was a lovely & pleasant home for our family to stay in for our trip to Boston. 1. It took a while to get into Boston from this location in Milton. We parked at a mass transit station & took the train into Boston 2. I would suggest NOT parking in the spaces provided at the back of the house. The space is ample but it is very narrow in some places when trying to exit. It took time for us to get a minivan & a Camry out of the parking area. I recommend street parking3. This is a duplex, so you are sharing the parking spaces with another visitor.4. We booked all 5 rooms which were very nice, lots of beds too. However, when we arrived, the 5th room was locked & it took a long time in communicating with the owners to be able to open the 5th room. As we booked it this way, it seemed unnecessary to go through what we did to have it opened. The owners were very nice & helpful.
