You will spend a great holiday, lulled by the sound of the nearby waves.
The terrace offers a panoramic view facing Lavandou, Cap Nègre, while having your meals or a drink ....
In the living room you have table, 6 chairs, a very comfortable sofa, armchairs, an LCD TV with DVD player. Board games, books.
The kitchen, entirely renovated in 2011, has a 4-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, washing machine, 2 electric ovens and a microwave.
Half a floor above your 2 bedrooms with 5 beds (1x160, 1x90, 2x80). Separate WC. Bathroom.
Outside in the corridor, a cellar where you can store a children's stroller, bikes, suitcases, will be very useful.

Appartement direkt am Strand mit Meerblick

Gut geschnittenes Appartement direkt am Strand. Schöner Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht. Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig. Der Appartementblock war bei unserer Reise hauptsächlich von Familien bewohnt und recht ruhig, von außerhalb gab es abends aber Musikbeschallung. Die Garage ist praktisch, aber vom Appartement etwas entfernt. Achtung, es werden keine Bettlaken und Bezüge gestellt. Unterm Strich ein schönes Angebot für eine Familienwoche am Strand.

Idéalement situé.

Appartement avec une magnifique vue sur toute la baie. Bien équipé avec une petite terrasse où il est agréable de prendre un repas. Conforme à la description. La propriétaire qui réside dans la ville est joignable facilement et répond aux attentes des locataires. Seul inconvénient, l'accès à la salle de bain et aux toilettes n'est pas aisé vu leur étroitesse. Possibilité contre supplément d'utiliser la climatisation. Internet disponible et local privé et sécurisé situé en face de l'appartement pour pouvoir ranger par exemple vélo ou matériel de plage. Garage fermé disponible à 5mn à pied ou parking (4 places) pour visiteurs à l'intérieur de la résidence.

Appartement très bien situé mais communication avec la propriétaire difficile

L appartement bénéficie d une belle vue et d un bon emplacement. Par contre il faut rajouter au prix : la location des draps (60 € pour 2 personnes par semaine) le ménage 50€ et si utilisation de la clim surcout possible...... et tout cela n est pas indiqué clairement sur l annonce d où notre surprise à l arrivée. Il faut aussi laisser une caution de 500€ et présenter une attestation d assurance. D où un échange à l arrivée assez tendu.

Emplacement exceptionnel

Appartement idéalement situé, point de départ idéal pour nous qui souhaitions pouvoir faire un maximum de choses à pied. La vue depuis le balcon est parfaite pour des repas face à la grande bleue. Le petit ponton juste en dessous de l'immeuble permet aussi bien d'aller au centre du lavandou à pied en longeant la mer, et de profiter de ses commerces, restaurants, etc, que d'aller à Bormes les Mimosas coté favière, et y prendre par exemple une navette pour aller sur les magnifiques îles du Levant, ou bien un petit bus pour aller au magnifique Village perché de Bormes. Un séjour vraiment très agréable. Merci à Madame Martin pour son accueil, qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. cordialement M et C Bouteiller

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette appartement avec une vue dont on ne ce lasse pas Logement très propre, tout équipé et fonctionnel L’accès à la plage est idéal, à peine quelques mètres, Idéal avec des enfants en bas âge Résidence calme Le garage est en grand plus, surtout en plein de saison Nous avons une Peugeot 5008 et elle rentre sans problème Merci à Mme Martin pour son accueil, disponibilité et gentillesse Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés

Très bon séjour

La location est très bien placée tant pour les commerces que pour la plage. La vue mer est magnifique. Il ne manque rien dans la location. Je recommande quand même de sortir de sa zone de confort (plage en face) pour découvrir les magnifiques plages du Lavandou. Tout peut se faire à vélo sur des pistes cyclables. Il y a même un local dans lequel on peut ranger les vélos. La propriétaire est charmante. Nous recommandons fortement.

Situation exceptionnelle !

La baie magnifique du Lavandou devant les yeux, accès direct à pied pour la plage , appartement bien équipé et propriétaire charmante , commerces , restaurants etc... Et garage fermé à 10 minutes à pied. Juste envie de revenir !!!

Eine Woche mit Meerblick

Die kleine Wohnung hatte als Ausstattung alles was man brauchte. Die Betten sind bequem, die kleine Küchenzeile erlaubt auch das Kochen von richtigen Mahlzeiten und der Wohn-Essraum verfügt sogar über eine Klimaanlage . Nur das Bad ist für größere Menschen wohl etwas unbequem eng. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und ermöglicht e sogar das Parken in einer etwas entfernten abgeschlossenen Garage. Aber in der Vorsaison war das Parken auf dem hauseigenen Gelände noch problemlos möglich. Außergewöhnlich ist die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Bucht von Le Lavandou und die Einfahrt zum kleinen Yachthafen!!!

Face à la mer

Un appartement traversant, de tout confort, très charmant, très bien agencé avec une vue imprenable sur mer et un accès direct à la plage située à 30 m de la résidence. Une passerelle en bois longeant la mer mène au Lavandou, sans voiture. Tout est à proximité-marchés, commerces, restaurants, cafés. Merci aux propriétaires d’avoir pensé au bien être des locataires

Ideaal vakantie-verblijf voor een koppel. Eventueel met kleine kinderen.

Net voldoende ruimte voor vakantiegangers. Vlakbij parkeren was geen probleem en bovendien is er op wandelafstand nog een privé garage beschikbaar !

Superbe sejour face a la mer

L'emplacement de cet appartement est ideal: Face a la mer, a 2 pas d'une superbe plage, proche des commerces de la Faviere. Ses equipements sont aussi tres appreciables, surtout le cellier qui permet de stocker les equipements tel qu'un paddle ! L'accueil par Madame Martin fut parfait. Je recommande foretement.

großartiger Familienurlaub mit unseren Kindern

Die Beschreibung des Appartements im Internet stimmt mit der Realität völlig überein. Das Appartement bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann: ruhige Lage, direkter Zugang zum Strand ohne Straßenüberquerung, optimaler Grundriss des Appartements, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die großen Balkontüren können komplett beiseite geschoben werden, sodass Balkon und Wohnzimmer zu einem großen Raum verschmelzen. Von dort konnten wir unsere Kinder am Strand beobachten, wähend die Eltern sich um das Essen kümmerten. A propos Essen: Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keinen Wunsch offen: Es gibt allein vier unterschiedliche Kaffeemaschinen! Die Vermieterin Madame Martin ist eine sehr herzliche Frau, die sich um alle unsere Anliegen mit persönlichem Interesse kümmerte. Bei der Ankunft stand sie uns eine ganze Stunde bereit und fuhr mich dann mit ihrem Auto durch den Ort, um mir die wichtigsten Adressen im Ort (Geschäfte, Markt, Hafen, ...) zu zeigen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!
