Agence Foncia qui gère la location vous laisse tout seul pour trouver la location

Lors de notre arrivée, l'agence Foncia qui gère la location de l'appartement vous donne les clés mais ne vous accompagne pas pour trouver le logement dans un endroit, ici au Port de Bormes, mais parmi plusieurs immeubles avec une chaleur à 36° et un dimanche midi (même si on avait un petit plan sur le téléphone)...Très mécontente de chercher pendant presque 2 heures et en plus, il faut faire l'état des lieux d'entrée dans les 2 heures... De plus, on ne pouvait pas garer notre véhicule dans le garage privé à cause du badge qui se trouvait dans l'appartement... L'agence aurait dû nous le donner en même temps que les clés de l'appt. En final, lors de l'état des lieux, on a été obligé de faire appel à un plombier à cause de la robinetterie de la baignoire qui était très vétuste. Certes, l'agence Foncia nous a envoyé le plombier très rapidement pour palier à ce problème mais nous sommes en vacances et pas trop pour attendre un plombier ! Sinon, les vacances ensuite se sont bien passés avec une plage à proximité et un très beau village !

Superbe appartement et très bonne exposition ( il n'y à pas fait trop chaud )

Petit problème avec le garage à l'arrivé mais résolu par l'agence dans la journée ... Un très belle endroit plein de découverte. Satisfait du séjour .je recommande .

Gut gelegenes Feriendomizil

Wohnung ist praktisch ohne großen Luxus eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist angenehm groß. Kleines Manko, die Wohnung liegt direkt über 2 Restaurants, abends bis spät in die Nacht laute Stimmen und geklapper des Geschirrs. Morgens ab 6h Anlieferung der Ware. Klar es ist Urlaubszeit u. Man geht später ins Bett, aber gerne würde man auch Mal vor Mitternacht schlafen. Wir waren Ende August/Anfang September u. Es war nicht mehr alles so überfüllt. Im Juli bis Mitte August würde ich dort nicht wohnen wollen. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr angenehm, die Geschäfte sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich empfehle die Wohnung weiter.

Appartment Port de Bormes

Excellent location, spacious and clean apartment with the necessary equipment. Minus points: no WIFI, huge dining table in the middle of the room with no chairs making it difficult to move around or sit indoor. Terras furniture simple plastic and not very stable. The week we rented it, the swimmingpool was closed entirely due to repair, which we have asked for a compensation on. We paid extra for having this access, instead of choosing a cheaper apt, same location without pool. Also, one remark with regards agency: we got the wrong details on the local agent address. The explanation on how to find garage and apt was not completely straight forward, we were searching for half an hour. We received the wrong chip to enter, which we only noticed later in the week as the barrier had been out of order, so we were blocked inside for a while until we figured it out. I would surely recommend it to others, but points of attention should be noted and done something with.
