It felt like the staff were aware of the luxurious nature of the hotel and acted removed. Maybe there is no way around it. We felt more personally taken care of in smaller boutique hotels. The breakfast was nice and rich. The communal areas of the hotel were very pretty and elegant. There is definitely a trade off in this hotel between the luxury and person-ability of the experience."

The hotel also offers parking for CHF10 for guests less than the public parking which is for CHF 17. Room was clean and spacious with private patio/balcony. Breakfast so also good. Highly recommended."
