"Since the booking was made for the same day, I wasn’t able to select a higher-priced option that includes free cancellation. I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I understand this was my error, but I tried to cancel the reservation within 30 minutes of booking, and the system didn’t allow it. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."

"Beautiful setting but slightly neglected. Coffee machine faulty, only way of making a hot drink calor gas stove outside no lighter provided.Rooms comfortable but hot water intermittent and no mosquito screens. door lock difficult on one room. No breakfast available although advertised as being so. Web site needs to stipulate that this is camping with a bedroom rather than a hotel."
