Don’t miss out on the dinner. I was exhausted as I had just flown in that day and had to drive up, but the food was worth fighting sleep. The beds are VERY firm, but everything is superbly clean. I would stay again.

I stayed in a room in the back building that required me to go outside after checking in. My standard room was clean and the place felt new. The bedroom furnishings and finished felt cheap, but was more than comfortable. The bathroom is modern, clean and very nice. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety and tasty. The dining area was well maintained by the staff. Overall, I would.recommend this hotel if you want a clean place to stay the night.

Lovely place with very helpful staff. Couple of issues regarding wheelchair access- There is a steep ramp to enter the building with a small lip at the bottom and hot tub can only be accessed via a few steps. Spoke with owner with suggestion of creating access from the parking area. Large room with accessible bathroom- just ask for a chair for the shower. Breakfast was great!

Great view hotel

Loved the view from the hotel. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We arrived early so jumped in the hot tub before dinner. Service and breakfast were very good too.

Lovely and very clean

We had a really lovely stay here. The staff were very kind and the included breakfast was delicious, filling, and very well presented. The hotel is super clean, everything seems brand new and the room was so spacious. We love this part of Iceland so this was a great place for us to stay- we certainly recommend it!

We stayed at Hotel Stafholt just for one night and really enjoyed it. The location is close to the Ring Road but in a quiet a bit remote area which we liked. The hotel itself is very new and sparkly clean. The bed and linen are beautiful, the bathroom is high quality and I loved a smell of handwash :) Friendly staff, especially Irena. We would definitely stay there again
