Villa between Bordeaux and St Emilion, 60 minutes from the Dune du Pyla and Arcachon

Our house is located in the heart of the vineyard between two seas. A 30mins vineyards of Saint Emilion, 60mns from the Medoc vineyards, 30mins Pessac Leognan vineyards, 30mins from Bordeaux, 60mns of Arcachon and the Dune du Pyla. The central location of our villa allows you to travel around the region to inland or near the ocean with our sandy beaches that I recommend. On the wine roads a wide range of Girondins heritage, castles, abbeys, religious buildings, many houses, and old villages with their traditional markets. What's Near our house, you will have the opportunity to discover the many village festivals and recreational activities. You will have to close a bike station for the many cycle tracks.

Wonderful villa, perfect stay
Our hosts were awaiting us when we arrived to show us the villa and explain how everytihng worked. They were so very welcoming and we were so impressed with the villa which lived up to expectations and more. It is beautifully decorated being so spaceous, bright and clean and everything seemed brand new. It also felt homely and comfortable. The outside space is absoloutely fantastic - a fabulous pool, beautiful garden and several spaces to relax and eat with a rolling view. There were several supermarkets and shops only minutes drive away but other than that we didn't venture out the house was all we needed.We had a wonderful holiday could not be more impressed and would certainly book to go again.

A wonderful modern property close to Bordeaux
We had a fabulous week in Loupes at this lovely house. The owners were very friendly with good communication throughout, despite our not so proficient French. The house was spotless and well equipped. The pool was lovely and being heated meant that we could use it when the weather was less warm. The location near Bordeaux is very convenient but with views of vineyards. We took our bikes and the area is well set up for cycling with an easy traffic free cycle path into Bordeaux. We would recommend the wine tasting at the local chateau de grand Verdu and a trip to the dune de pilat. Thank you for a great holiday.

High quality property with lovely pool area
We had a lovely stay at this high quality property, which is furnished and maintained to a very high standard. The pool area is fabulous and being close to the house was ideal for keeping an eye on the children from the kitchen or eating area. The property was exceptionally clean and the garden very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and available if you need anything. The property is at the end of a quiet residential road overlooking the vinyards. A car is essential to get around - Bordeaux is a must-see which is an easy drive. The village of Creon is 10 minutes down the road with a pleasant square and an excellent weekly market. We very much enjoyed our holiday at this excellent property.

Wonderful house with great garden and pool
Wonderful property surrounded by wine yards, with a beautiful garden and pool. The house is well equipped and maintained. Nothing more to ask for. Getting to the sea is easy but a little bit of a drive (90 mins), Bordeaux is very close and great to visit. Coordination with the owner Rani is easy and he has been super helpful. Would definitely come back.

Great location, immaculate villa, beautiful pool
We've just spent a fantastic week at this villa. We had a lovely warm welcome from the owners and felt very much at home. The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed for our stay. The garden and views are beautiful and we used this as a base to explore Bordeaux, Arcachon, the local market in Creon and the obligatory trip to a water park! While the villa is in a quiet location, there is a supermarket and boulangerie ten mins away. Highly recommend it!

A great stay near Bordeaux
Located on the edge of the little town overlooking the vineyards this house was a perfect starting point for trips to the nearby attractions. It’s also a nice and quiet area where you have privacy. Perfect big pool, clean nice rooms, great kitchen. A great house! The perfect place for us (a family of 4). Easy to get in contact with the host, but we nevet needed it, as everything was a it was supposed to be.

Beautiful House
Et fantastisk dejligt hus og have. Og en stor, dejlig pool. Alt var så pænt og rent og meget velholdt. Der manglede absolut ingenting. Huset ligger i et dejligt stille område. Tæt på supermarked og max en halv times kørsel fra Bordeaux eller det skønne St. Emilion område. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 teens, hvilket passede perfekt til husets 3 værelser. Kan absolut anbefales 🔝

Het huis ligt in een nette buurt en heeft alle nodige voorzieningen en is netjes onderhouden. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en geven de nodige uitleg en staan ter beschikking voor bijkomende info. Je privacy wordt gerespecteerd. Zeker een aanrader.
