This furnished flat of 63 mÂČ (about 678 sq ft), in a building of 4 floors has 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.

Quiet furnished flat of 63 mÂČ located on the 1st floor without lift.

Location:
You are located in the centre of Bordeaux, close to the famous Museum of Contemporary Art (CAPC), the beautiful quays and along the Garonne river. The tramway B is in front of your flat and allows you to visit this beautiful city at your leisure.

- an open kitchen fully equipped with oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary to cook
- a 1st bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, wardrobe
- a 1st en-suite shower room with washbasin, towel rail and WC
- a 2nd bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and wardrobe
- a 2nd shower room with washbasin, towel rail and WC
- a magnificent terrace of 36 mÂČ

The flat is equipped with hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival.

## DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €750 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €8,50.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

We loved this apartment in the exclusive Chartrons neighborhood of Bordeaux. The tramway stop is a few steps away, providing easy access to the entire city. Also a few steps away is a fabulous restaurant, Le K Baroque, which is not to be missed. It was a great experience that exceeded our expectations.

Everything was awesome. The location and quality of the flat was top-notch. 2 small issues: 1. The in-room A/C units were not very effective. 2. There is an odd smell in the hallway OUTSIDE the flat. Still give it 5/5 stars.

There was a horrendous smell in the entrance and stairwell for our entire stay, this was reported but no solution offered. It was that bad that I was physically sick. I was staying with 3 children, we all had to keep noses covered when walking through. On booking I requested a river view which i was promised but had no such view. Communication has been terrible, no response to messages. I would NOT RECOMMEND!

Super mooi appartement in het hartje van Bordeaux. Tram voor de deur, bakker en supermarkt om de hoek. Heel fijn dakterras, hippe inrichting, fijne bedden. Warm Koud bij kraan is omgewisseld, sommige stopcontacten werkten niet, vaatwasser werkte niet 100% maar deed het uiteindelijk wel. We hebben een paar super dagen gehad in Bordeaux

C'est un trĂšs bel appartement avec tout le confort moderne et tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires. Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© en plein cƓur de ville de Bordeaux et proche de tous les commerces, restaurants, lieux culturel, et lieux d'amusements. Toutefois, nous avions fait un choix AVEC PARKING (donc inclus dans le prix) et celui-ci n'est pas celui de la rĂ©sidence mais un parking public de la ville et payant en plus (avec un tarif pas nĂ©gligeable pour 3 jours).
