This was our second stay at this hotel. I will make this my ho to hotel in Borocay. Its on the less crowded end of island, I like that. Have to walk to get to mall area, but thats ok with me. Borocay got s a great update and liked the new policies. Could walk entire length of beach without chairs and tables blocking the way. Need to work on the people bothering you every ten feet to buy a service such as island tours and things. Really a hassle after the first ten people try to sell you the same thing.

Please be honest with your advt- get two nights and 1 free is not true to your word. I could have paid the same amount of money for a better 3 star rated hotel The facility is not at par with a three star hotel. Not happy with your advert and felt I was shortchanged!!!

Awesome stay!
The staff were very accommodating. We were welcomed with fresh juice drinks upon check-in. Location is perfect! Beachfront & away from the usual crowded area in station 1 & 2. Best for family with kids to enjoy the beach and take photos. Breakfast is okay. Their ham & cheese panini is superb and their burger steak is our daughter’s favorite. Rose Pike is value for money!

a comfortable stay on Boracay
Personnel were very helpful and courteous, even to arranging for transportation to the jetty early in the morning when a storm was rolling in. Room was fine. Food from the restaurant was good, especially for the reasonable price. The place is fairly quiet and is right next to the beach.

Its under construction, so you wil definitely hear loud banging and drills. House keeping isnt a regular thing you actually have to ask for it. Beach front yes but its about 20 mins walk to get to the "d mall" and 10 mins for activities. Breakfast menu needs twicking Staff were polite and always pleasant. No lounge at the beach and you have to rent a towel for 100 pesos or for 2 dollars and if you want a fresh new one you have to pay again,unlike other hotel that would give you a beach towel.

Good value
It wasn't very fancy, but the staff was very nice. As far as cleanliness, the bathroom had some cleaning products left over from the previous customer when I arrived. My bedroom was fine, but the bathroom had a steady parade of ants coming through the wall my entire visit. The price was good, and I didn't stay in the room much at all except to sleep, so the shortcomings didn't bother me.

Loved the location
In Station 3 just far enough away from the busy area but close enough to walk there in a couple minutes! Staff were always happy and helpful!!! Drinks cold and food was very good as well!

Fabulous location and wonderful staff
The Rose Pike is in one of the best beach front locations in Station 3. Quiet, clean and white sand beach only a 5 minute ride from the party area in Stations 1 & 2. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and give you privacy and full facilities. Food is excellent but the menu iss quite limited; free breakfast is nice and well presented. One of the main highlights of this hotel is the staff, friendly and efficient, the realkytrees do make your stay enjoyable.

Nice hotel right on the beach
I have to say I really lucked out when I booked this hotel, as I was looking to have a quiet and relaxing vacation on the beach. This was my first time being in Boracay, so I booked the Rose Pike not knowing what to expect. It's in station 3 which is alot quieter and less busy than the other stations ( you don't have to listen to the loud music from the bars all night, which are a ways down the beach) but it's also close enough that you can easily walk to the more busy and touristy spots, like Willy's Rock. The hotel is right on the beach and has the most friendly and accommodating staff I have ever stayed with. Restaurants ( Station X, which I highly recommend), Bars, Willy's Rock and D'mall are just a walk down the beach, and it's about 30-40 minutes to the end of the White Sand Beach. If you are looking for a quieter and more relaxed vacation but are still close enough to the action, I highly recommend The Rose Pike @ Boracay!

Needs major work
I had to experience debris falling from ceiling on my electronic equipment i was breaching that in for three weeks. out dated sink, Hotel staff were nice enough to move my room but the shower flooding, leaking sink, water leaking from ceiling, doors have big gaps between to see through the other side, feel like you have no privacy. I travel all over the world and I can definitely say out of my first room and the room change they are the worst rooms i have ever experienced in my life. Im a reporter so i was able to visit and interview with neighboring hotels and they were in much better shape The hotel staff kindness and attentiveness to guess concerns and issues were impeccable. Very professional, friendly competent. The food is good and nice atmosphere

Great hotel !
Great place to stay ! Right on the beach with great sunset views. Too bad the water has so much green algae in it now would have made it better. ( not the hotels fault ) Breakfast could be a little better for sure .. not many options if you are staying multiple days. Its simple and ok but could be spruced up a little bit :)

Amazing beachfront Super beautiful views Stunning sunset One of the most affordable hotels on the strip Basic minimal rooms, good size thou Simple breakfast Great balcony to enjoy sunset from, and no one ever uses it Only 8 beach beds so make sure you get there early enough, however hotel beachfront is completely abandoned between 12-4pm as it is too hot 5 min walk from very busy station 2 Great location with upscale restaurants and it is very quiet and peaceful I truly miss it

I stayed at the Rose Pike from March 2nd to March 12th 2016 and overall i'm very happy. My room was spacious and had it's basic essentials for the price that I paid. Every single staff member were very friendly & attentive. The food was really nice but the location was perfect for me. This hotel is in Station 3 so it's quite compared to Station 2 but everything is walkable distance. There are fancier hotels but I definantly would come here again especially as a solo traveller. See you Rose Pike hopefully very very soon :)

It was a pleasant stay overall. Only complain is limited pillows (only 2), no free bottled water (had to pay during checkout), weak WIFI in rooms. The rest was okay though. Not expensive, good service.

Nice to hotel in a great location on the beach.
We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, it was far enough away from the noise of Station 2, but close enough to walk up. The hotel staff were wonderful and know how to make a great cocktail. The room was basic but very pleasant and clean which is all you can ask for. The patch of beach in from of the hotel was by far the most pristine and you could enjoy the beach in peace. Overall a pleasant stay at The Rose Pike.

the last place i would recomended to any one
iv changed 3 rooms untill i got "better" than "better" ...room. it was impossible to stay at the first room [nr 3]'smal and smel very bed' -dampness ' moisture. and felt like in jail.you cant open a window and when you try to look out side youll see a wall ... than i mouved again to room nr 7 and it was a very very bed smell so i couldnt sleep and stay in the room so they change it to room nr 8 ' but the termostat of the hot water didnt work and the screen of the window was broken and the moskitos and etc came in.and they didnt tel me that befor they mouved me. iv asked the manager to change my room to the front room but she told me that its not free ' but when i asked the other person at the reception he said its free.bed manager service and a big l... any way the service was not good and the lady that was in charge of my room and the other appartment-2 rooms condo was a lazy person. you have to ask many times untill you get somthing. the last two days she didnt suply soap and shampoo to the room and 2 room condo.[that iv rented also] they could make our stay pleasant if they try a bit but they didnt. a young girl "managing" the place and she is not doing a good job.the big bos live in manila and visit once a month for a short visit.so probably this is the results/

I had booked a family room for 6 however, they only provided breakfast for 2 pax. They jolly well know there are 6 guests in a family room but only provide breakfast for 2. The remaining 4 guests have no choice but to dine there so, maybe that is one of their method to make money. The room has no kettle so we asked where can we get water, the staff said we can get from the bar and so we did. To our surprise, we have to pay for the bottled water! Therefore, we bought 6L water from 7-11 and carried all the way back to the hotel. The location of the hotel is about 15 mins walk to D'mall and 25mins to station 1 which I think its quite far away from the attractions. The +point of the location is that it is right in front of the beach.

Ok, but not great.
Whilst not bad, Rose Pike could be better. There seems to be no shortage of staff but when we checked in there was a full ashtray on the table at the door, and the small courtyard (accessed through the room) was not useable due to the leaf litter covering everything. They have adopted the 'giant plate - small food' policy. No Rose Pike, that is not appealing. In fact it had us laughing and taking pictures. On the upside it is right on the beach. The waitstaff, well most of them, are on the ball. One fellow, we guessed (hoped) he was new. Would we stay again? Considering how many options there are, probably not.

말을 안하면 방을 치워놓지않음. 말해도 안치워놈. 프론트에 지랄하고 내 눈앞에서 그제서야 설렁설렁치움.개빡침. 시트도 새로 안 갈아줌. 무료생수없음.칫솔없음. 사진보고 속지마세요. 방 디자인 퀄리티 걍 국내펜션수준입니다. 거의 1박에 13만원돈줬는데 조식도 맛없고 스테이션3라 위치도 애매합니다. 바다 바로 앞이라는 위치말고는 장점이 전혀 없어요

Fint og rent bad, men veldig trist rom.. Vinduet var rett i naboens vegg, noe som gjorde at det ikke kom noe lys inn. Frokosten var ikke mye å skryte av, og man får velge mellom et par alternativer. Vi ble ikke Mette av dette, men fikk beskjed om å betale for noe mer. Ellers var de som jobbet i resepsjonen veldig hyggelige og forsøkte å hjelpe til med det de kunne
