Very good location just outside of DMall. Property a bit worn. Aircon was leaking. Breakfast was good. Staff was great and returned shoes left in the room when we were checking out. Room had a terrace but not much of a view now as its covered by newer hotels.

Resort?

First room the aircon dripped condensation on the bed. Staff immediately moved us to another room. Not sure what qualifies this as a resort other than the name. hotel itself is very ho-hum. 2 breakfast choices (Americano or Pilipino) but with meat & starch choices within also. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

SCAM HOTEL. CHARGE 11 YEARS KIDS AS ADULTS !!!

Right now this hotel is trying to SCAM me and CHARGE me extra. I checked in last night with my partner and daughter. ( who's just turned 11 ). At reception the girl asked ''how many adults'' >. A strange question as it was obvious. I said 2. She said directly to me daughter (ignoring my answer) '' how old are you ?''. My daughter answered ''11''. The receptionist then told me that ''11 year olds'' ( and I quote ) ' are adults in the Philippines''. A ridiculous statement and quite obviously a lie. I told her that was not true. She insisted it was true and told me she would be CHARGING me and EXTRA 600 pesos PER NIGHT. I told her to cancel our reservation as we would quite easily find another hotel nearby. She didn't care about this. Not one bit. She went to automatic-pilot. She said '' if you cancel I will charge you an extra...'' blah blah. I wasn't listening anymore. I will not be bullied or harassed into any SCAM. This is a shameful incident and I told her that I would making sure the world found out on Hotels.com. It is now the next morning and I am waiting for the ''manager''. I will let you know what happens. I may have to get the tourist POLICE. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL . Now the room. 1. There is no fridge in this ''deluxe'' room. 2. The electric fan is broken and dangerous. 3. The floor is dirty. 4.The mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. 5. The previous occupant has left his shorts outside on the balcony. 6. Bedding is dated 8 years old.

장점은 디몰과 붙어있다는 부분인데 그것빼곤 모기 많고 습하고 모텔보다 수준낮은 여인숙 수준. 4만원 이라는 저렴한 가격외엔 그닥 볼게 없는 처절한 수준의 여인숙.

Bel hotel mais la standard un peu dispendieuse.

Personnel sympa, souriant et serviable. Très bon déjeuner. Près de la plage des restos. Très belle plage on l'on peut marcher plusieurs km et beaucoup d'activité en mer. Nous avons séjournés 11 nuits dans la chambre supérieur avec beau balcon chaies et table et le wifi fonctionnait bien. Les 3 dernières nuits on avait réservé dans la chambre standard complètement au 4 ieme étage, pas de frigo dans la standard pas de balcon et trop dispendieuse à mon avis et le wifi ne fonctionne pas en haut. Mais c'est un bel hotel très bien situé.

Convenient and close to everything

I enjoyed my stay in hey! jude hotel. It is conveniently located inside D'mall. Feel safe in the area. Shortwalk to white beach and eateries. It is clean and peaceful hotel. Wifi is good enough, shower is decent too. For the price I paid, it is very worth it.

Hotel staff are excellent. Super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in section 2, which is where D Mall is. Although not on the beach it is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach through D Mall, which has several restaurants, bars and shopping. Hotel is simply “cheap and clean”. Overall good value.

Overall, the best thng about this hotel is the location. its access to restaurants and the beach. althout, this is not a beachfront hotel but a few short steps away. the only downside, there are constructions around the hotel vicinity so its a bit loud and muddy.

Room & Toilet quite small & Beside is construction so that make alot of noise Aircond compressor noise quite loud . Dissapointed with our stay 3rd day we switch to Current By Astoria (station 3) & it totally transcend HeyJude resort .
