Customer Service is excellent. Ann, Gretchen and the rest of their staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and walking distance to the beach. plus they provided beach towels anytime you like to go swimming or just relaxing on the beach. Only one suggestion is to provide small refrigerator to each room. Overall our Boracay experience was excellent.

Property really is beachfront. Not all rooms are, but nice bar area to watch sunset. Very walkable even though a little bit up the beach. They do state 24 hour desk but they said check in ends at 12. We still checked in , but not without worying for about 30 min.

Staffs were amazing.

Our stay in Grand Blue beach hotel was amazing, the welcome drink was delicious, the rooms were spacious and smells fresh. They provided bottled water on the first day. The provided towels for shower and different towels for the beach which I like. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. I tried to borrow knife to cut my papaya but instead their staff pelled and sliced it place it on a plate.

The best feature was that it was beachfront in Station3 and the hotel front desk and the rest of the crew. They were very accommodating to our needs and greeted us whenever we were at lobby. The free breakfast was awesome as there’s variety in their menu…nothing fancy..it felt like home! They had a water jug, juice and coffee/tea in the lobby so everyone can help themselves with that. We booked the premier family room on the 3rd floor that had 3 beds and a mattress which accommodated 5 of us. It was a 2 floor suite wherein we have to climb a spiral staircase to get to the sleeping area and bathroom. Maybe they should think of adding a sofa bed downstairs to make the space more useful.Bathroom was newly renovated with a large shower with good water pressure. They provided us with nice white plush bath towels and pool towels. In my opinion, this room needs more closet space or even a dresser to store clothes for guests with longer stay. Safety deposit box was broken I didn’t know how to lock it so I just carried valuables around town. I felt safe seeing security guard in area all day and night and seeing less crowds. We lucked out on the weather as we had great weather during our stay. There was a shortage of beach chairs but some were willing to sit on the sand. All in all it was a great experience..simple, casual, laidback but clean and comfortable. It was the beach/surf shack we were looking for! Thanks to all the staff and crew for a great stay!

We had an AMAZING time staying at this property in the lower White Beach area of Boracay Island! It is located right on the beach with its beautiful crystal clear water and plenty of palm trees, and because it's positioned just south of the section 3 area on White Beach, is less crowed and offers much more layed back and relaxing experience than either of the overly crowed sections 1 or 2 areas, yet still has everything one needs within easy walking distance from the hotel. The staff was freindly and very helpful, and the delicious FREE BREAKFAST was large and cooked to order with a large variety of meal options to choose from! They provided us with both a large beach towel for relaxing near the water and an exceptional luxurious bath towel inside the room, that was clean and cozy. I would highly recommend this quaint little hotel to anyone wanting to experience Boracay on a buget, because this place serves up a top-notch experience and is very easy on the wallet in doing so! Thank you Grand Blue for providing us with such an enjoyable and memorable Boracay experience!

If you're looking for a hotel away from noise then this will perfectly suit for you since nasa dulo na sya ng Station 3 😂 Pero kung gusto mo na mas malapit sa mga kainan at awrahan then recommended padn nmn tong hotel na to pero maglalakad ka ng kalayo layo para makapuntang station 1 or station 2, meron dn namng mga padyak pero presyo nila pang Grab 😂

Great location, on the beach and in a quiet area. Breakfast was included but we only ate at our hotel once (so many other options near by). Our 1st room was clean except for the bathroom. It had a horrible smell to it that actually made me physically sick one evening, ants all over the sink, floor, shower and walls. We asked to be moved the next day and was relocated across the garden within the hour. This room was great! No smelll or ants and very clean. The staff was exceptional and super friendly. Beach towels were given each day at the front desk. All staff were so friendly and helpful during our entire stay!
