"Host was phenomenal and so very accommodating during a difficult period in international travel. The Villa looks like the pictures and the garden is great getaway with plenty of space to share company. The breakfasts are of generous proportions and the home cooked food great. The team on-site were friendly, courteous and very helpful in addressing our every need, striking the right balance of being there when needed, but giving privacy when required. "

"We had a nice stay. Our initial interaction upon check in wasn't great, the lady on the front desk was rather aloof and unwilling to help with a room issue. The rooms are a little 'grubby'. The floors are maybe swept but not mopped in what appears to be a high turnover property. Pool facilities are great, Breakfast great, The Italian restaurant was ideal for the kids."

"Beautiful property on great stretch of Kabalana beach. It was really nice walking along the long stretch of beach and having a dip in the warm and clear water. The king size bedroom was big, clean and very comfortable. The pool area was relaxing with comfortable sun beds with a great view of the beach and also direct access. We enjoyed eating lunch at the pool area with some of the best king prawns we had, deep fried in panko breadcrumbs. Everything we had for lunch and breakfast was good quality and value. There is also a fantastic restaurant just opposite if you want a change. The personnel were all brilliant, helping whenever they had to, and replenishing cold water bottles when we on our sun beds. We had 2 lovely and memorable nights and would not hesitate to return. "
