When we travel west this is a half way point. We always stop here when we travel. This time I was disappointed with the less than personable check in and check out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Dining was ok at Brew Brothers. The casino was a disaster. Dirty. Machines out of order, some had signs posted that they would shut down at 8 pm. Never again will we stop here.

It’s a casino property so it’s fun, and they’re dining. What I didn’t like is there’s no cover where you can unload your vehicle at the Hotel; it was raining when we checked out in the morning. They only have cover at the drop off for the casino.

Like that they brought back the older slot machines!!!! Didn't like that the waitresses stop serving at the table games early.......had to get up and get your own drinks and I asked someone and got pulled over to the side and threatened to take my drink.

My low ratings are because this hotel is just okay. Not fancy, no frills. Good things... our sheets were clean and nice. Bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was awesome! Downfalls... looks like no one has ever vacuumed in the corners, edges, or behind nightstands, etc... The bathroom was the same... quite dirty all around the edges of the floor--- hair, dirt yuck. If you can ignore that (which we did our best) This hotel is okay for the price. I mean, you do kind of get what you pay for. We got what we needed for a couple nights, but if this was a vacation trip, I would have been much more disappointed.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very pleasant. Thought they were lacking in newer slot machines. Food at Brews Brothers was good, though menu rather limited. Trade Winds, the grab a bite restaurant, offered only chicken. No burgers, dogs, etc. Nothing else in area. Good for a one night get away, if close.

Let me start by saying we have stayed at this property several times and have always enjoyed ourselves. This most recent visit however wasn't as pleasant. Our first encounter with the front desk wasn't as expected. We prepayed for our 3 rooms online but when at the desk they wanted another $60 per room which was not stated on Expedia. We had all our money in cash to spend at the casino so we had to figure that problem out.The beds were comfortable but the sheets felt and sounded like newspaper. We couldn't get the room cooler the 68°. We used to smoke but stopped a few years ago but the smoke was so thick we could hardly stand the smell or breath. The walls in the rooms were tinted yellow from smoke. The restaurant was delicious and had excellent service at the bar. Overall we were highly disappointed this trip and we will spend our money at another casino, hotel, and restaurant.

The room had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. The maintenance man came up and flushed water down the drain and said it was just the pipes. There was no way to air the room out though and we didn’t get offered any other options.

There were a couple of things that I honestly didn't like. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful in the hotel, restaurant, and the casino. The problem my daughter and I experienced are listed. 1. The carpet was dirty with stains in the lobby and our room.2. The beds were hard and the pillows were cheap and too small for the beds. 3. The pillow filling had clumped together which caused them to not only be uncomfortable but also we couldn't keep them under our heads while we slept. Between the hard beds and uncomfortable pillows neither of us had a restful sleep. 4. Our room wasn't sufficiently cleaned. There was dust on everything and an unknown fluid had been flung onto one of the walls. With this hotel being a Marriott facility we expected more than what we had.

Booked on Expedia and our fault booked wrong night and property would not issue refund or let me rebook, Expedia should have placed a disclaimer before completion of transaction that the property was not issuing refund or rebook so didn't stay and our almost 2 c notes so won't be staying at any of their properties under Caesars international again

I think the one thing you do have to understand is that this place is located next to a casino, which means smoking. So if you are looking for non smoking, this would not be the place to go to. The rooms themselves are quiet and clean. The only thing I really don't like is that if you are staying more than one night, your room will not be cleaned. I don't expect a thorough type of cleaning, but maybe beds made, fresh towels? It used to be a service done, but now I guess not.
