Home with stunning Mountain Views centrally located to Blowing Rock and Boone

Welcome to our restful villa located in a picturesque, private community. You’ll find yourself relaxing as you marvel in breath taking views of the mountains from our home. Centrally located between Boone and Blowing Rock you’ll have easy access to all the fun attractions the High Country has to offer. It’s a short drive to App State, the Blue Ridge Parkway, snow skiing resorts, hiking trails, waterfalls, lakes and more.
Our two story home provides easy access up a few steps to the porch and through the front door. From there you’ll arrive at the spacious, fully equipped open kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The table with seating for six is conveniently located in the kitchen area and a half bath with enclosed full size washer and dryer is off to the left. Beautiful, large plank hardwood floors are found throughout the entire home. The main living space offers a gas fireplace, large screen TV, and comfortable seating but the star of the show is the amazing view from the expansive wall of windows in the living area. The first floor deck is accessed from here and offers a gas grill, outside dining table, comfy chairs with ottomans for relaxing and taking in the view. It’s a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunset over the mountains or just spend time with family and friends. The primary bedroom, also on the main floor, includes a comfortable king size bed, and TV. From the double windows in this bedroom you also have a magnificent view of the mountains. The adjacent bathroom offers a double vanity and shower.
Downstairs you’ll find a second spacious living area with a game table and chairs, large screen TV and comfortable seating. There are two downstairs bedrooms as well. The first has a king size bed and the second has two twin beds. Both bedrooms are spacious and have closets with extra pillows and blankets. We store our collection of board games in the twin bedroom closet. The full size shared bathroom downstairs offers a single vanity with a bathtub/shower combo. The downstairs deck is accessed from the living area and boasts a large hot tub, as well as a small table and chairs.
Our location is a short 10-12 minute drive to either downtown Boone or Blowing Rock, so it is ideally located. We are very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian State University, Tweetsie Railroad, and numerous other High Country attractions. Every season has something spectacular to offer in the High Country!
We are located down a slightly steep, shared driveway so 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended in the winter months. We have three clearly marked parking spaces, two to the right of the home and one to the left. You will be provided a unique guest code to be used at the front door entry keypad.
We are strictly a NONSMOKING property. We do not allow any type of smoking anywhere on the premises, including the decks and front porch.
We do not allow pets.
