Perfect Mountain Get Away

Beautiful mountain property with an incredible view of Grandfather. Very clean and comfortable condo. The kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms are very nice.The owners really care about your stay. We always look forward to our next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Check in was a breeze. The home is beautiful and easy to live in. The kitchen was spotless, as was the rest of the house and the view of the mountain was amazing from both inside and on the deck. Already looking at dates to return here in the fall. Highly recommend.

A Gem

In 30 years and 50 rentals, we have never stayed in a better place. Every detail has been attended to. From the view to the paper towels, this place has everything! Janeen makes sure you are well cared for.

Family Summer Getaway

My husband, our daughter and son, and my parents all stayed in this wonderful home for a few nights for a summer vacation. It was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The home was perfectly suited for my mother who has mobility limitations. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook all our meals there. The views from the deck and master bedroom are stunning. I enjoyed being able to use the gym so I could keep up with my workouts while away. We didn’t take the opportunity to use the pool this time but it looked beautiful and we hope to come back and use it next time. The home is conveniently located to Blowing Rock, Boone, Grandfather Mountain and Banner Elk (all places we visited during our stay). It was a lovely trip away with family.

Perfect location

Super clean accommodations. Very comfortable bedding. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Beautiful views. We had the indoor pool and hot tub all to ourselves for the most part! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful balcony to view the mountains

Loved the 2 King with attached bathrooms. Very convenient to all the skiing , restaurants, shops. Had everything we needed. The owners made the process simple.

Great place!

The stay was part of a ski trip we gave our son and his family as a Christmas gift. Turns out, skiing was rather difficult for them, however, they said the highlight of their stay was the VRBO condo where they stayed. They said the Christmas decorations were beautiful and our grandsons enjoyed the Hot chocolate bar and the games the host left for them to play. The view was amazing and the location was convienient. While another ski excursion may not lie in their future, they would certainly enjoy a return trip to this beautiful mountain home.

Amazing Views

Beautiful condo is a well maintained community. Sitting on the deck we had a wonderful view of Grandfather Mountain and enjoyed watching the deer, hummingbirds and lovely landscaping. We really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

Fantastic Views of Grandfather

We had a wonderful time. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. The views of Grandfather Mountain were breatht. Best of all, it was very accessible with convenient parking, a walk in shower with shower seat, and wide doors and entryways. Exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

My family recently stayed at “Hilltop Haven” in the Echota Resort community through VRBO, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, with clear communication from the host.Upon arrival, the property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect for our needs, offering easy access to Beech Mountain, Boone, Banner Elk and local restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the roads well maintained for winter weather. Our host, Janeen, was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions we had, providing helpful recommendations for things to do in the area.Overall, I highly recommend this property and would definitely return for another visit. Great mountain stay

Just arrived home and am ready to go back. Lovely property, well equipped, great view. Everything was organized and we wanted for nothing. We did not find the trail that one of the neighbors told us about but we may have to come back to find it. We hope to come back next year for a longer stay.

Mountain Getaway

We are a group of seniors that travel to different locations for a week every year. The property was perfect, awesome view of the surrounding mountains. We normally didn't venture out after dark, so it was a perfect place to just to enjoy our time together. The drive to other towns was easy and lots of resturants and shopping close by. I highly recommend this beautiful hideaway. The host responded quickly to my questions.

Amazing mountain view

This was our third time staying in this wonderful condo. The view from the balcony is unbeatable. There is a great grill on the balcony, which we’ve cooked on every time we’ve been there. Inside is comfortable and roomy, and the kitchen is very well stocked.We used the fireplace one night, which was so nice-and on with a flip of a switch. We highly recommend it!

A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS

Overall, a wonderful place with plenty of room for everyone. Condo os well-kept with a great kitchen and 3 individual bathrooms. Only drawbacks were a quirky television system and hot water needed to be a bit warmer. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place.

Very Relaxing, will be back soon.

Property is always clean and as stated in the listing. We always plan meals and cook while visiting, kitchen pots and pans were a little sparce this visit but enough on sight to get by with. All other amenities and over all location is great. The view out the back window and from the deck never gets old. The new deck furniture was a great addition. Just a good spot to get away and relax.

Incredible Home

We had an incredible stay at this property. The views were beautiful, the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The property was convenient to Boone and the local ski resorts. The indoor pool was easy to access and was nice to have during our winter stay. We are planning to visit again this summer! The only thing I recommend is that guests need to bring their own pool towels. Extra towels were not available in the home and no towels were available at the indoor pool. Looking forward to visiting again!

Decompress and sanity time.

Love this property, repeat renter. Great place to decompress from work activities. Privacy is also a plus being on an end unit. Owners do their best to keep the unit up to date and well stocked. While construction is in progress on the mountain, discounts would be greatly appreciated due to truck noise and traffic noise. Ready to go back for a couple days...👍

Beautiful views

The unit size was exactly what we were looking for. A little crowded in the main room but we moved some of the furniture so we could move around more easily. The view from our balcony was spectacular. I believe we were there when the leaves were at their peak. Enjoyed the shops at Boone and Blowing Rock. Spent most of our time driving through the back roads enjoying the scenery. The Moses home was beautiful...a must see. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very well kept, and it was very easy to get in contact with the owners. And the view was spectacular! The only negative was that it was lacking cleaning items, didn't have any disinfecting wipes or cleaning spray at all. We had to purchase some because i like to wipe down after cooking and eating. Also, more spices and other cooking supplies would be nice. But these things didnt change how we felt about the condo overall. We loved our stay and hope to return one day!

Vacation in Boone

The condo is spacious with each bedroom having their own bathroom. There are a few things that need repairs…balcony door handle, door to laundry room, light in one bathroom but that is small and easily replaced. The kitchen is well stocked and the balcony and grill is great with amazing view. The view is beautiful. You will need to drive to the pool (indoor and outdoor), as well as to the fitness room. The road is paved but very long and steep as you climb the mountain to the condo. It is well worth it!
