  • Welcome to your cozy Boone getaway - this fully renovated private lower-level suite features a king bed, private entrance, full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a peaceful wooded setting. You’re minutes to Appalachian State and downtown Boone, with easy drives to Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking, breweries, and ski resorts. Dog-friendly (one dog).

    Private lower-level suite in a two-unit home with its own entrance and dedicated space - ideal for couples, solo travelers, parents visiting App State, or a quiet mountain reset.

Best place ever!

The owners are super nice and amazing! They go out of their way to make you safe, happy, and well cared for. The place is a doll! Super cute little cottage for a nice get away and or a way to escape from all the hussle and bussle. Very quite, dark (great for seeing the stars) and safe.

We had an amazing time here for a long weekend with our pup in Boone! It’s close enough to downtown to explore, and super peaceful. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and cozy. It was easy to get to once we figured it out. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very quiet and peaceful, even though there were neighbors nearby. The heat worked well and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the bed pillows, they were a little flat. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. I would stay again!

This stay was very pet friendly and in the perfect location in the middle of everything that the area has to offer! The house was very clean, welcoming, and beautiful inside! We appreciate the snacks that were left and the detailed instructions for our stay! We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I rented this super cute VRBO for the weekend. Very close to downtown Boone and about 15 minutes to Blowing Rock. Host was great to work with and we will be back!

This is truly a cozy little cabin. Everything about the rooms were delightful and comfortable. The only nedgative aspect was the pulll out sofa. the springs and mattress were very uncomforable and need to be replace. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

My husband and I came to the Boone area for my birthday. From the moment we pulled up to this adorable place we both were so glad we booked this location!! There was NOTHING these wonderful host did not think of to make our stay the best. Super cute fire pit outside and the ingredients for S'mores were provided! The cabin was adorably furnished with cute squirrel themes throughout. This cabin is in the best location being close to downtown Boone restaurants and shops. We always travel with our pup and again nothing was spared to make his stay perfect as well. Best of all very clean and safe. The cabin is quiet and peaceful making for a great stay. We have stayed at many VRBO places but this was by far one of the best and when we return to this area will stay here again. Thanks for doing extra! Great trip!
