Description: Enjoy a beautiful view of mountain living from this rugged timber frame one bedroom condo located in Chalakee, within Echota Resorts. This condo features a covered front entry and rear deck with an amazing Grandfather Mountain view. The view can be admired from the deck or from the large picture windows in the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen features custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything to prepare a meal inside or outside on the built-in-gas grill. The living room is cozy and inviting with a cultured stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture and a TV. Stay for a weekend to relax or an extended period and enjoy all the High Country has to offer. This condo is on the bottom floor (downstairs) with an elevator. In case of power outages or elevator equipment malfunctions, the condo will be stair access only.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Beautiful Mountain Rental

This condo has the most beautiful view of Grandfather Mountain. The check in/out process was very simple. Foscoe Rentals sent all the necessary information via text, which was very convenient. The condo was very clean! There are plenty of places to stay and activities close to this location. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and Foscoe Rentals has a very friendly, helpful staff! We will definitely be back!

A great view from the back patio. Unfortunately, neighbor next door was out on the patio every day. No access to the beautiful pool shown in pictures. This pool was for owners only.

Echota getaway

Come to the mountains every fall. Perfect condo for two. Central location was very convenient and support staff near the site was comforting as we had to get our keuring fixed. I used the hot tub and workout room several times. Only criticism is the need to put a smart tv in the living room and give access to the fire logs.

Everything was so clean, classy, new & professional. Clubhouse & Pool area was fantastic, although the billiard table could use a brush (and definitely a new set of balls) The cabin we were in was super great. The only complaints were that the toilet tank needed adjustment to stop a high-pitched noise, and we were unable to get the living room TV to turn on - other than that, it was perfect ! The guy on duty in the clubhouse was super helpful. Thanks for all you do - look forward to next time !

We love this condo and have stayed there several times. Easy access, beautiful view, nice kitchen, clean, comfy bed. We are completely happy to just sit on the deck and enjoy the view, but not far from Boone or Banner Elk if you want to go out to eat. Very close to Grandfather Winery.
