This quaint, restored 1920s farmhouse is ideally located in central downtown Boone. This North Carolina town is home to Appalachian State University, located less than ½ mile from the home.

Step out the front door and you're on King Street and in the heart of downtown Boone! This home features 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, porch with rocking chairs, outdoor grill, dishwasher, and beautiful hardwood floors. This home can sleep up to six.
