The room was a little cramped with 4 and unfortunately very hot, but beds were very comforable and plenty of bedding and fresh towels provided, as well as helpful simple little extras such as shower gel and tissues. I like that a poster politely asks that people save energy (helping to reduce their bills and therefore cost for customers) by switching off lights etc. when leaving the room. "Lors de notre réservation avec Hotel.com, nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes avec les petits déjeuner inclus, au moment de rendre les clefs, il nous est demandé de régler ceux-ci, montrant la capture d'écran sur lequel il est bien stipulé que 2 petits déjeuner sont compris, rien à faire le réceptionnaire part dans des explications dont nous n'avons cure, au final nous en avons payé 1, et surtout avoir été pris pour des pigeons ! Incompréhensible !"
