Very good place to stay in Bolzano

Pros: Clean apartment, bright room, complete kitchen, great sauna. Cons: They could add a soap holder on the bathroom wall

It was a great flat and really well located.

Pros: The size, design and location of the flat was better than expected and the sauna was an unexpected bonus. There are numerous supermarkets nearby. Bolzano is a lovely city to explore and the flat is within walking distance of a lot of sites. It’s also well located for buses - we used a few to travel to great walking routes. Cons: It would have been useful to know about the travel pass when we were being asked for check in documentation. We thought this was just for check in reasons. Making this clearer will encourage people to share their documentation earlier. The kitchen could do with a grater, a sharp knife and a microwave.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber

Pros: Der unkomplizierte Check-In. Das sehr saubere Apartment. Nette Kommunikation. Cons: Keine Antwort auf Nachfrage nach der beworbenen Cocktail-Drink-Station bzw. keine Antwort auf Bitte der beworbenen App-Steuerung des Apartments. Das war leider ein großer Bummer, das das beide Gründe waren warum wir die Unterkunft mitunter gebucht haben.
