"Alles war wieder sehr gut – wir haben uns erneut sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt und sicherlich nicht der letzte. Die Betten sind bequem, die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und haben dennoch ihren eigenen Charme. Auch das angeschlossene Restaurant können wir wärmstens empfehlen. "We are so pleased with the Alte Kaufhaus in Luneburg.! Always coming back on our travels to the Netherlands. All Staff is super! Location very good , breakfast amazing and parking in the hotelgarage makes everything easy. Beds are comfortable and we always have a good laugh at the "!signs" in the the room. Thank you for this time - we are back in beginning July with our grandchildren. Anita"

There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."
