"We booked this hotel en route to Denmark. We were travelling with our three year old child also. The hotel was relatively easy to find, with plenty parking. We phoned ahead as we're running late - which turned out to be a wise thing as reception closes at 8pm. Open wires, holes in the wall, damaged toilet seat, damaged windows and also leftovers from former guests. The front desk person was asked to place two ice packs into the hotel freezer so they would be ready for our journey back home.
