Holiday Apartment No. 32 at the Seestern Residence is a 2-room apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people.

This bright and spacious 57 m² two-room holiday apartment on the second floor of the Residenz Seestern apartment building features a living area with a kitchenette and dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. A modern lighting design ensures pleasant lighting at all times. The large, south-facing balcony is furnished with comfortable patio furniture. The beach is only about 100 m away.

The modern living area is furnished with an armchair, a large corner sofa that serves as an extra sleeping space, and a coffee table. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. You can access the balcony directly from the living room. The apartment is flooded with light through the large balcony windows. Blinds and sheer curtains are installed on the windows to provide shade and privacy.

The high-quality, well-equipped kitchenette features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and much more. A comfortable dining area is integrated into the living area.

From the living area, you have direct access to the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Pleated blinds and curtains provide privacy.

This holiday rental features a modern, tiled shower room. You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. The entryway features a built-in closet, a coat rack, a shoe rack, and a wall mirror.

High-quality designer flooring has been installed throughout the entire apartment (entryway, living area, and bedroom). Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking holiday apartment.

The Residenz Seestern holiday complex is located in the centre of Boltenhagen. Enjoy relaxation and wellness amenities in the complex’s wellness area, which includes complimentary use of the swimming pool. Spend relaxing hours in the sauna and steam room area (for a fee). Popular restaurants await you on the ground floor of Residenz Seestern.

The complex features an lift and an underground car park (entrance height: 1.95 m). A bike storage room provides space for bicycles. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided free of charge.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).

The four apartment buildings of the Residenz Seestern are modern and centrally located, right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. The beach is 100 m away.

Pets are allowed in some apartments.
All apartments offer free Wi-Fi and Sky TV.
Each apartment comes with a designated parking space in the underground garage (maximum vehicle height 1.95 metres).


Holiday apartments in the Residenz Seestern complex


The ResidenSeestern complex consists of four buildings connected by the underground car park.
You can reach your holiday rental by lift (dimensions: 0.70 m x 1 m) from the underground car park or via three steps from the building entrance. Of course, every holiday apartment at the Residenz Seestern has a terrace or a balcony.
When the weather is nice, younger guests can have fun at the playground, which features a slide, sandpit, climbing frame, and nest swing.

As a special highlight, Residenz Seestern in Building 1 offers a wellness area where you can use the swimming pool free of charge year-round or enjoy the sauna (for a fee) in a well-maintained setting (The Residenz Seestern wellness area will be closed from 05.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 for maintenance and deep cleaning). You can access the wellness area via the underground car park.

Next to the underground car park, you’ll find a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
If you bring your own bicycles, a storage room and niches in the underground car park are available for you to use.
