Close to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach lies the "Villa Seegarten" and is home to 12 modern and comfortable apartments, some with sea views, partially suitable for allergy sufferers. Only 50m to the sea with Strandkorbvermietung where during the high season the bathing beach DLRG is monitored. All units have a balcony or terrace with garden use, some with WiFi access and free parking spaces behind the house. In the immediate vicinity there is a regionally run fish restaurant and a small bakery. A shopping center is within walking distance. Along the dike you walk past the Fritz Reuter House in the direction of the cliff or reach the 290m long pier, spa park with concert stage and coastal forest via the promenade.

Schöne, große Wohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick. Reicht locker für zwei bis drei Personen. Und man ist im Nu am Strand und in der Innenstadt. Gerne wieder
