The holiday townhouse? Holiday Village 47A—with a terrace—offers 55 square metres of comfortable living space for a relaxing getaway. The cosy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa (or sofa bed), TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the seasonally furnished terrace. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a naturally lit shower room with a toilet and free use of a washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a box-spring bed, a wardrobe, a second TV, and a cosy armchair. A guest bathroom is also available on this upper floor. As this is a family-friendly property, a high chair is provided. The non-smoking house is furnished to accommodate up to 6 people. A free parking space is located right next to the house. Additional parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas for a fee. Pets are welcome for a fee. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to e-bike and pedelec batteries (under supervision).
