Holiday Apartment 10-8 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

On the 1st floor of Building 10, you’ll find a cosy 4-room apartment with a south-west-facing balcony, spanning approximately 70 m². Spread over two floors, the apartment features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Papillon holiday village is approximately 250 m.

Enjoy your well-deserved holiday on the furnished balcony, which you can access from the living room. The open-concept living and dining area includes a comfortable sofa set and a dining area. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a Blu-ray player, and a selection of books and games further enhance your comfort.

The built-in kitchenette features a 4-burner hob with an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Laminate flooring was chosen throughout the entire apartment. In the bedroom in the basement, two single beds (90 x 200 cm) ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Personal clothing can be stored in the closets in the bedroom and in the entryway.

You can access the two additional sleeping areas via the internal staircase in the living room. Each of these areas features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. A special feature in the right-hand bedroom is an extra stereo system. Roller shades for blackout are provided in the bedroom on the lower level and in the right-hand bedroom on the upper floor. The left-hand bedroom on the upper floor is darkened with curtains.

The tiled bathroom, which has a window, features two sinks and a separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in House 10. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the edge of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high in the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
