Holiday Apartment 03-4 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This approximately 55 m² ground-floor apartment is located at the quiet end of Building 3. Thanks to its beautiful southwest-facing location, the bedroom, living/dining area, and shower room are flooded with natural light. The beach is about 250 m from the Papillon holiday complex.

From your living and dining area, you can step out onto the furnished, covered patio. In addition to a sleeper sofa (150 x 200 cm) for two people, there is also a bright dining area that seats four. A selection of books, a DVD player, the flat-screen TV, and the stereo system provide entertainment.

The integrated kitchenette in the living area features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. High-quality designer flooring has been installed throughout the apartment.

The bright, tiled shower room has a window. You can park your bicycles in the bike rack next to the building. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 3. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

The Papillon holiday complex features eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
