Holiday Apartment 02-8 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This tastefully furnished 4-room holiday apartment, featuring a furnished balcony facing southwest, is located on the 1st floor at the end of the building and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. The apartment, with approximately 68 m² of living space, spans two floors and features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 250 m from the Papillon holiday complex.

Your living room on the lower level is furnished with a cosy couch and a dining area that seats six people. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a good selection of books and games for all ages. The indoor staircase leads to the two bedrooms in the attic.

The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The small storage room is located across from the kitchenette. A high chair is also available for your little guests.

In your bedroom on the 1st floor, you’ll find two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms in the attic are furnished with one double bed each (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. One bedroom has a roller blind on the window for blackout. The other has a translucent pleated blind. The flooring on the ground floor is laminate. The attic is also fitted with laminate flooring.

The large shower room with two sinks includes a separate toilet with a window. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the building. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 2, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, situated in a quiet yet central location on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
