Kastanienallee 24 - Wohnung 11/3

Meine Schwester und ich waren vom 19. - 23.06.24 in Boltenhagen und haben die Wohng. 11/3 gebucht. Leider war die Wohnung in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Das Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Schrank konnten wir nicht eine Minute nutzen. Dort drin stank es so sehr muffig und modrig, dass wir die Tür fest verschlossen hielten. Meine Schwester und ich mussten auf einer komplett verschmutzten Schlafcouch schlafen. Zum Glück hatten wir eine XXL-Decke mit im Gepäck und konnten uns so einigermaßen vor den Verschmutzungen schützen. Wir hätten ja keinen Ersatz einer Wohnung bekommen. Man muss ja außerdem immer im Voraus bezahlen. Jedenfalls waren die Nächte sehr kurz und unangenehm, wie Sie sich alle vorstellen können. Bei der Abnahme nach den 4 Tagen, meinte der Mitarbeiter der Immobilienverwaltung, dass diese Mängel schon sehr lange bekannt sind. Ich kann nur allen raten, diese Ferienwohnung NICHT zu mieten.

Praktischer Standort

Praktischer Standort um von dort in der Umgebung mit dem Rad zu fahren. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft könnte gern ein wenig aufgehübscht werden in Bezug auf die Wohnzimmermöbel. Fahrradstellplatz vor der Haustür. Gut geeignet für Erwachsene ohne Kinder außerhalb der Saison.

Wohnung Papillon 11/3

Die FEWO in Boltenhagen war prinzipiell keine schlechte Wahl. Boltenhagen und Umgebung sind immer eine Reise wert. Buchung und Abwicklung stellten kein Problem dar. Die Grundsauberkeit und die Ausstattung passten auch soweit ABER das Sofa hatte Flecken, die sich nach längerem Sitzen auf die Hose übertrugen. Geht gar nicht. Absoluter Tiefpunkt war aber der Geruch im Schlafzimmer. Es roch muffig und verstockt, was auch mit starker Belüftung nicht zu beseitigen war. Man konnte nur mit geöffneter Tür und Fenster, versuch zu schlafen. Am Morgen kratzte dann der Hals und man merkte, dass das alles nicht gesund sein konnte. Wir haben uns nach diesem Urlaub wieder auf unsere unbelastete Luft zu Hause gefreut.

Schöne Wohnung

Eine schöne , zentral gelegene Wohnung mit guter Austattung. Minuspunkt !!! : Abreisemodalität Entweder man macht gleich bei Anreise einen Termin für die Übergabe am Abreisetag (wäre bei mir 11.00Uhr !!! gewesen) oder man kommt am Tag vor der Abreise noch mal in die Agentur und unterschreibt eine Erklärung(man haftet dann noch 48 Stunden für festgestellte Mängel) . Das habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Sollte man aber wissen.
