Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus ist in unmittelbarer Meernähe und auch zur Seebrücke und zu Geschäften. Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist etwa 100 m lang und nicht barrierefrei. In der Wohnung fehlte eine Mikrowelle.
