Your Holiday Rental 07 at the Strandvilla Meeresblick is a 2-room holiday rental for up to 2 people and is located on the 3rd floor of the building. An lift takes you up to the 2nd floor; from there, you can take the stairs to the 3rd floor.

The approximately 51 m² 2-room holiday apartment is lovingly and modernly furnished. It features a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Vinyl flooring covers the entire apartment. The bathroom is tiled. The apartment is approximately 30 metres from the beach.

Your living room invites you to feel at home and relax. In addition to standard living room furnishings, such as a cosy couch, there is, of course, a large flat-screen TV.

The kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, leaves nothing to be desired. It has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove with 4 ceramic burners and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses. There’s also a cosy dining area.

Your bedroom is accessible via the hallway. It features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Storing your clothes is no problem, as the bedroom has a spacious closet. An additional flat-screen TV is available here. Of course, the windows can be darkened with pleated blinds.

The stylish bathroom features modern tiling and is equipped with a sink, a shower, a toilet, and a towel warmer.

Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge. Dogs are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. The Meeresblick holiday complex has an lift. One free outdoor parking space (No. 7) is available for your car. It is located directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike shed, No. 1. There are shared outlets for e-bikes here. A wall-box charging station (for electric cars) is also available. This is for shared use. The fee for use is 20.00 euros (per day, as needed).

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

This holiday home features six 3-room holiday apartments, each furnished with great attention to detail and suitable for both family holidays and relaxing getaways for two. All holiday apartments feature a living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a guest bathroom. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable warmth during the colder months.

Each apartment has two balconies—one facing the lake and one facing south—as well as Wi-Fi, a parking space, and a lockable bicycle storage area. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use of the charging station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).
