"After staying 4days and no cleaning svc for room, I asked cleaning svc by email because of no front desk. Though hotel man answered very quickly to say ‘of course’. But when I returned the room, I found out that he/she did just bedmaking and brought the toilet paper. There was no cleaning for room floor, toilet and washstand. "Checking in on 24 Dec was a breeze. The free shuttle bus from the airport was on time and check in was quick. Room was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. Only minor issue is that only 1 large bath towel was provided person. There was also no hand towel for the kitchen area. Nespresso machine and microwave was new and tiptop. Front desk on 25 Dec were the friendliest warmest Germans I’ve met so far and without tip! Subway is really close by - about 2.50euros to the airport so that’s an alternative if you don’t want to pay 6euros for the shuttle to the airport. Also there is a city tax of 6euros to be paid at check in by card. "
