Small hotel in the heart of Bologna and close to Bologna Centrale (main train station) which makes it easy to travel to neighbouring cities as a day trip - Venezia, Firenze, Padova. Unfortunately, the hotel is in a side street but near a cafe/bar and it is noisy at night at least until 12 midnight. You can also hear the plumbing system in the hotel and if you’re a light sleeper this may be an issue for you! Overall, a pleasant stay for a few nights.

It’s good, close to many important parts of Bologna. I just didn’t have hot water... I didn’t really care since it is summer time but if it’s important to you—you should ask. But I did have AC! Which is a must if you come during summer.

The hotel is in a very nice location and central. Very calm street, but in the room 101, you hear the noise of the kitchen every morning from 6 o'clock and the door bangs every 1 minute. Even though I explained the problem, they did not do anything about it. Not very clean and pretty old standard. The window gives you an extremely nice view of the a/c in the central air canal.

Good location

1st impression was bad! We were put in an attic twin bedroom with just a skylight. The bathroom was tiny with a skylight. The lift was tiny and very old. My claustrophobia and anxiety kicked in immediately and I had to request a lower floor a window. The following day we moved rooms but had to share a double bed (pillows down the middle). We got our outside window, this was overlooking a void. We just decided to make do with what we had. The double bed was comfortable and clean. The tea tray wasn't filled up each day and neither was the toiletries, that was disappointing. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good, a kilometre from Bologna Train Station. Also a good location to visit the main square and on Sunday evening the main street was closed to traffic while everyone enjoyed the street entertainment and apertivo!

Het is eenvoudig en alles wat je nodig hebt plus dichtbij het treinstation. Vandaar uit kun je makkelijk naar de luchthaven. En het centrum is op 5 a 6 loopafstand.

Hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. Marcelo helped us so much in finding a wonderful dentist when we had an emergency. A train strike occurred on our departure day and he arranged for a driver to take us to our destination. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Very basic accommodation

Stayed 3 nights for Imola grand prix - very tired hotel - old decor in very small bedroom- the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on - soft soggy mattress - ineffective aircon and the shower was just hopeless. Nothing like photographs on website. On the plus side the staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was good. The hotel just needs an urgent upgrade.
