Elegant and comfortable, a stone's throw from the centre, the stadium and the main hospital. Served by all means of transport, including buses to and from the airport and central station. Ideal for short but also medium-term stays because it is equipped with all comforts, including laundry with dryer and ironing station. We will be happy to recommend the best restaurants in the area to help you live an authentic Bolognese experience!
70 m2 apartment divided into a large open space living area with lounge and kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, 2 in a bedroom with a double bed and 2 on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort. The floor is parquet and the kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, induction hob and dishwasher.

ATTENTION the apartment is located on the third floor without a lift.
