"Bien situé pour aeroport, déjeuners compris mais simples , bas prix Personnel serviable Chambres petites et très vieilles dans le bloc 2, besoin de rénovation et nouveaux meubles mais propres Les tranferts de nuit à 10 heures 45 max pour les vols canadiens qui arrivent passés 22 heures ne sont pas offerts malheureusement."

"We arrived after midnight due to a late flight and customs. The hotel was nice but our room in the back was run down and sparse with limited amenities. The room was at least three decades past an update. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast and the staff and service was great. Prices in the gift shop were not clearly marked and the clerk tried to sell me a small bottle of water for $6 US dollars. "

"Barcelo San Jose hotel is impecable in every respect- cleanliness, service etc. It has 3 restaurants to choose from: Japanese, all you can eat buffet, and another one with table sevice. I chose the bufet and the food was great. People are very friendly, kind and ready to help. Its all-around 5 star rating! You don't see many of those nowadays:) "

"We really enjoyed our 1 night stay here, the staff were without exception friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant, food was lovely, however I thought a little pricey. Breakfast was excellent and included. Trip to airport is approx $40 dollars but feel it was worth staying a bit further away from airport to be in such lovely surroundings. Highly recommended."
