Clean and budget Guesthouse in Patar w/ RESERVED Open cottage on Beachfront

The guesthouse is near and in the compound of Patar Public Beach. It is located in Sitio Abrac, Brgy. Patar Bolinao, Pangasinan. We're not Beachfront, but we are 1-2 minutes walk to the popular Patar White Sand Beach. You will also have your own/privately open cottage to stay fronting the beach. We are also 5-10 minutes walk to Bolinao Lighthouse and 10 minutes drive to Enchanted cave. Rock formation is a 5-minute drive. The guesthouse is also located in an area where there are many local sari sari stores, souvenir shops, and plenty of restaurants.

A place perfect for private relaxation

My family had a wonderful time in this beachfront property. Direct access to the clear turquoise patar beach offering inviting warm swimming waters even at 5 am is just magical. We mostly had the wide strech of the beach for ourselves during our 3 days stay ecxept for a few locals and fresh fish vendors passing by. We enjoyed dining in the nipa hut ouside the villa as well as the videoke rental in the property. The care takers were nice and responsive. The 2nd bathroom is actually outside the villa, and some rhodents were spotted running in the beams of the roof. If these issues are addressed this property can easily be a 5 star one.
