"Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable."

"Beautiful little place on a lovely, flowing creek. We enjoyed our stay here in February. The hosts met us at the door, and were warm and welcoming. They live on the property, but were not intrusive, and we did not see them after the initial welcome. There are two very friendly dogs on the property, and the rental is stocked with a dog bed and several dog toys, so I think pets are welcome. The beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, there were even some canned drinks already in the fridge, the bathrooms are nice, the fireplace was a fantastic bonus, with the wood already laid…we just had to strike a match. The home has some wonderful views through its large windows, the property is relaxing and very private, there is an automatic gate at the entrance. I can just imagine how wonderful the porches are to use in the spring and fall. The road in to the property is gravel, so I would not want take a nice car in and out for a stay, but it doesn’t require four wheel drive. This is not a fancy place, but it is comfy and private. We enjoyed our stay here. "

"First, this house is absolutely stunning. The architecture and details inside are incredible. The host was always quick to respond to questions and was very helpful and friendly.Amenities were wonderful, and the house was an absolute delight to visit. There is a train track that runs nearby and it is active. If you’re a light sleeper you might consider earplugs or some white noise. All told, we loved our stay and would not hesitate to return. As a note:Apple Maps and Google Maps gave directions right to the house; Waze was a bit perplexed by the elevation and gave directions to the bottom of the hill. "
