"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"Perfect hotel for our one night stay. Receptionist kindly upgraded our room upon arrival having established both mine and my partners caregiver roles and our request for a peaceful nights rest. The room was fantastically clean and although the hotel was of an age, the upkeep of it was admirable. All staff we encountered were courteous, friendly and polite. "It’s a 3 star hotel that doesn’t pretend to be anything other. It’s clean. The food is good and the staff are very helpful. Despite the fact that the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we had a good nights sleep. It was really hot outside and the hotel staff provided us with a fan. Great place to stay"
