"It felt like a 3 star hotel rather than 4. Although clean and friendly, it did feel a little dated. Our shower flooded the room every time and even though we reported it, they did nothing to fix it. The all inclusive A La Carte menu was basic and fairly limited. The bar was poorly stocked and had very little choice. Good swimming

"Der Unterkunft wurde übergebucht und wir wurden angerufen und gesagt dass die Villa nicht mehr verfügbar ist obwohl wir bezahlt haben den ganzen geld und dann 5 stunde warten haben die uns in einer hässlichkeit unterkunft mit armeisen zusammen zu leben. Die villa wurde gebucht für sechs personen und die neue unterkunft war einfach ein zimmer wohnung für 6 Personen, einfach schrecklich. Unsers ganz geld ist weg umsonst. "

"We have just finished our 3rd visit to St John’s villas. Always requested & stayed in the 3 bedroom orchid villa. Excellent bedroom sizes, 3 bathrooms (2ensuite) amazing

area. Daily minimal housekeeping, change towels, remove rubbish & make beds etc. Had an issue with the main en-suite bathroom as they have removed the Bath & replaced with a huge shower. Unfortunately the shower didn’t drain away at all and had to visit reception 3 times. Visiting again at the end of October so...
