Stay comfortably right on the water in Bokeelia at this amazing 3 bedroom 2 bath fully renovated custom home. This lovely and stylish property offers 18 ft open beam ceilings, hardwood floors, granite and butcher block counter tops. With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, plus a double futon downstairs in the pool room. The house features a fully enclosed screened pool, 65’ boat dock with 13k boat lift, plenty of boat trailer parking, and a full sized BBQ with bar type serving area out on the dock. Additionally, there is a huge lanai around the heated pool with full dining and living room style seating as well as cozy inside pool room with big screen TV and the futon mentioned above. There is also an elevator from parking to upper floor. Immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of this beautiful home. Come to relax, enjoy the island, go fishing in one of the world’s premier fishing locations or just do nothing at all! We are 5 star hosts and we look forward to welcoming you to our lovely place! Note pool room downstairs is accessed via pool lanai and does not have a bathroom.

Cleaning fish is ONLY ALLOWED AT THE CLEANING TABLE BEHIND THE BOAT LIFT. Absolutely no fish cleaning anywhere else on the property. $350 fine.
Do not remove any items from the property when leaving. Missing items will be charged back to guest.
There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside of the house anywhere

Great house. Excellent location. We were renting for a fishing trip, and it worked very well. The house faces west, so the pool, dock, and cleaning station were all in the shade during the afternoon. That was very nice. It was less than a 10 minute boat ride to the Jug Creek Maria for ice and bait. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were nice. House was clean. Our only small issue was about the layout. The room with the futon is located downstairs. You have to go outside to get to it, and it doesn't have a bathroom. Not a big deal as our teenage son was staying in that room, but it wouldn't work for little kids. Also, one of the king rooms doesn't have a bathroom near it, so you have to walk thru the living room and dinning room to get to the bathroom. Otherwise we were very happy with the house and will rent again when we come down.

Tarpon Fishing

This property was every thing we need for our annual Tarpon fishing trip. This property was able to hold two 25ft boats one on the lift and one on the dock. There is water and hose at the dock plus they have 120 volt plug at the boat lift. Bring your own extension cord for shore power. The property owner asked for insurance for the boats not sure if he accepts boats with out insurance. The parking held 4 large trucks with 2 trailers that fit 25 ft boats. Plenty of places to go out to eat near the property. Property doesn’t have an ice machine but jug creek marina is right around the corner. We slept 6 men with every one having a separate bed but two. We brought air mattress to accommodate the other 2. We enjoyed our stay with great friends and were able to all hang out and tell stories in the pool. Would definitely recommend.

Perfection

The photos and description of this property were exactly as listed or better. The home was spotless, spacious and impeccably decorated. The owners have thought of everything you could need. The lift was a lifesaver for an older family member who stayed with us. We had a wonderful time here and fell in love with the area and the home! 10/10!
