The cottage is quite old inside and is in need of updating and modernising. We heard mice in the bedroom but this is to be expected as the house is in woodland. Overall a pleasent stay."

"Wir waren zu viert für ein Wochenende in Klöterhörn und haben die Ruhe und den Ausblick sehr genossen. Das Highlight waren die Massagen bei Dörte direkt nebenan in Kombination mit der Sauna mit Blick auf den gefroren Badeteichhttp://www.doerte-bemme.de/Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche super ausgestattet und Jan-Uwe & Phaedra waren sehr herzlich und immer ansprechbar. Ansonsten war alles sauber, Küche-/ und Badbereich, doch an der Decke in der Küche und teils auf den Balken sah man deutliche Spuren, dass dort länger nicht kontrolliert wurde. Doch das war nicht...

Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fühlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "
